Each category has their own set of amenities, bedding types, forms of transportation etc. Tickets - Tickets extend beyond how many park days you need. Do you need one park per day? Multiple parks per day? Waterpark access? Do you want to revisit your favorite parks or skip certain parks all together? So many options! Memory Maker - This is my #1 suggested add-on to any Disney vacation. Make sure you capture these lifetime memories with the ENTIRE family in the photos by purchasing this amazing photo package. You won’t regret it. Dining Plan - Are you a family who loves to experience Disney dining? Or maybe you want to load up on character meals (because where else can you dine with the Main Mouse himself)?! 🌳 Day 1: Animal Kingdom 🌳 As soon as we entered the park, we attended the "It's Tough to be a Bug!" 3D show. Afterward, we hitched a ride on DINOSAUR. This was one of Titus' favorites; we rode it twice. Expedition Everest coaster was next in line to be conquered. While very fun and the cutest Yeti theme, Titus was not a fan. It reverses, and there is a big drop as you travel backward. The moments of high speed caught us off guard. He was very brave and got an Everest T-shirt for his courage. After a PB&J regroup, we did Avatar Flight of Passage. Out of our Orlando trip, FOP was mine & Titus' FAV 3D experience. We also did this one again at the end of the night. Next, we took an easy breather on the Kilimanjaro Safaris and admired the wildlife. Following the safari was the Na'vi River Journey, which had the most realistic animatronic in all the Disney parks, the Na'vi Shaman. We stayed until the park closed to see the Pandora bioluminescent flora glow at night. It was beautiful and worth the experience. The Kali River Rapids were closed, but it looked like a good time. Here is my number one tip to help this— but first, save this so you can remind yourself to do this on your next trip. 🗣️ TAKE. BREAKS. it’s that simple. Here are some ways you can take a break and not even realize you’re recharging yourself and your family: ➡️ Sit down for a character meal or signature dining meal to enjoy a delicious meal, be off your feet for a bit and relax. ➡️ Watch a show in the a/c. There are so many amazing shows at each park. Check the My Disney Experience for show times and locations. ➡️ Grab a Mickey bar, popcorn, spring rolls, whatever and go find a shady spot to watch the parade. ➡️ Go back to the resort midday for a swim or nap to rest and reset yourself. ➡️ Pivot if someone in your party is getting overwhelmed and tired. That can be as easy as just finding a bench and chilling out for a little while. You can even grab a snack, ice cream, iced coffee and enjoy it without rushing to the next ride. 💥 My biggest thing I realized over the years… you won’t do it all in one trip. Or even 10 trips. Prioritize your must do things and be sure to sprinkle some breaks in too.
