Sharing #disneytipsandtricks every day until my next trip to Walt Disney World, Day 45!!! It’s a Epcot post day! Okay so here’s a small tip about if you have either early entry or no early entry in the morning, it goes for both. Don’t do Spaceship Earth first thing! Yes it is the first attraction you come across when entering the park from the front (not from the Skyliner entrance) but don’t do that first. You should instantly go to either Test Track, Frozen Ever After, or Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure first with you want to be smart about what ride you go on first. There is the exception of Soarin’ if you choose to go there first, I won’t blame you (I’ve seen that ride have a crazy line for a whole day and I’m very grateful I got a Genie+ Lightning Lane for it). Those rides have been known to get super long lines and it’s better to get them knocked out in the morning or with a Lightning Lane. Spaceship Earth will be busy in the morning because it is the first thing people are met with and will go on it right away. But if you do the other ride first and then go back to the front later on, Spaceship Earth will be a walk on as the rest of the people in the park make their way to World Showcase. Avoid the crowd and have a epic day at Epcot! The laid-back vibe of the park is so refreshing after a couple of busy days. Disney Genie+ is a system that was implemented in 2021 (replacing the free FastPass+ system) at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Purchasing Disney Genie+ allows guests to reserve a time slot for a specific ride/attraction and when the time slot arrives, guests scan in to the “Lightning Lane” and skip the standby queue – meaning you don’t have to wait in line for hours! 🤩 These slides show you every single ride in Walt Disney World that has “Lightning Lanes” and which attractions have “Individual Lightning Lanes” meaning you have to purchase access to these additionally. Let’s talk Genie+! 🧞♂️ I know it can be complicated to learn and it’s a bummer that it’s no longer free, but once you get the hang of it I actually think it’s a great service and absolutely worth the money! Sorry I wasn’t able to post this tip yesterday, it was my Junior Prom and I didn’t get to figure out a post til now. Anyway, let’s talk about one of my favorite sit down restaurants in Epcot! Via Napoli is my favorite place to get pizza in Disney! Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is a full service sit-down restaurant in the back of the Italy Pavilion in Epcot. It offers authentic Italian cuisine and offers a way to transport you to Italy with it’s food. If you want great pizza in a theme park, this is your place. But if you aren’t able to get a reservation for this restaurant, think about this tip. There is a pizza window off to the side of Via Napoli that offers equally good pizza. It’s not the same pizza that is offered inside but it really good as well. You get to enjoy awesome pizza no matter what, in the restaurant or not! In my opinion, Via Napoli is like the only place I’ll get pizza in Disney because it is the best and it worth it! I’ve went to Italy last summer and Via Napoli is the closest pizza to what I had in Italy. It’s REALLY GOOD PIZZA! But if I’m craving pizza I will go to other places too! For our latest trip to Walt Disney World, we stayed at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! Our room was located in The Little Mermaid section, which has standard two queen bed rooms. The room was located in the Ursula building, closest to the Disney Skyliner as well. In our room we had two queen beds, several plugs and USB outlets. The Amazon device “Hey, Disney” was installed for some magical entertainment. There was also a coffee machine, drink cooler, and table with chairs. Plus a flat screen TV with streaming access and has a special welcome message if you’re celebrating a special occasion! The bathroom features two separate areas to get ready. The first area has a full length mirror, vanity with makeup mirror, open closet, iron, ironing board, and safe. The other area, behind the door, has a toilet and shower with a tub.
