Good morning friends! Happy Makers Monday! I'm blessed to have quite a few orders to finish up and get in the mail later today. I got a batch of gnomes that will be going out at the end of the week as well. So be warned I'll be dumping a bunch of photos of that process. It's always an honor for me to be commissioned to make something special for someone. It brings me a lot of happiness when my customers are pleased with their orders too. I can't tell you how rewarding it is to do something I love and bring a little joy to others. I must admit though I always feel a little nervous and worried during the process on custom orders. So many thoughts go through my head. Will they like it? Is it good enough to charge so much, or did I charge enough? Could I have done this better? Am I taking too long? Will it get to them on time? Why is shipping so much, will they get upset about paying so much for shipping? I don't get stuck in those thoughts for too long because I just love what I do. 💚Little Baby Alien 💚 After a very long and scary week taking care of a very sick little dog I finally was able to crochet again. Our baby Mala Bear, the youngest of our three Chihuahuas got very ill this past week and ended up in the animal ER and then spent a day at the animal hospital. The poor thing has been diagnosed with Addisons Disease. It came on slowly, I thought she was just having a fussy stomach but it took a sudden turn for the worse and my little fur baby was going into shock. We are super grateful to Corona Animal hospital for taking her after being turned away from multiple vets and animal hospitals.
