I FINALLY DID IT!!!! 🕹️🫡 The end of last year I bought a WRX as my daily driver. It has been four months now. And I’m totally in love with this car! * Take the poll below! * I have been following the WRX since the 90s, followed all the rally racing, and championships, and almost bought one 2 times before. I finally went for it, and bought a 2023 WRX Premium. World Rally Pearl Blue. MANUAL. NO sunroof. Short throw STI Shifter. It only had 14 miles on the odometer when I got it! It is absolutely awesome. When I drove it, it was everything I wanted it to be. It drives beautifully. Really comfortable. Perfect amount of features for me. It can hold my family. Four-door, and a surprising amount of rear legroom. Awesome STI short throw shifter. So incredibly responsive in the accelerator, breaks, steering. Beautiful pedal placement to do heal-toe, double clutch downshifting! Full-time all wheel drive, for any season! And when you want to be aggressive, this car has a whole different attitude! I have taken it on two Long Rd. trips now, and did not expect it to be so nice and comfortable on the long cruise. I also never expected that it would break 30 MPG on these trips - with the 271 hp, Turbocharged, boxer engine! Also - all my cars since high school have been manual. It makes me so sad to see them disappearing so fast. Last year I started the THREE PEDAL NATION because of that! I am so excited to start my ownership of this awesome car! Gibbon | Siamang . We often hear these gibbons calling from the forest but rarely see them so what a treat to spot a family of three - we assume they are mum, dad and baby as gibbons are known to be monogamous and have single offspring. The baby gibbon is born after a seven month gestation period and takes seven years to mature. . Swipe to watch a fabulous display of these three swinging through the branches and make sure you have the sound on! . They are so LOUD. The main ‘duet’ is a back and forth between the male and female with the baby interjecting with a distinctly higher pitched, almost squeaky call. We had always thought, when we heard them before, that the incredible volume was being generated by many more gibbons than just three. . The calls in the last video are actually from another group some distance a way and not the three being filmed, but we couldn’t see those. . Gibbons are an endangered species and increasingly under threat as their forest habitat is being destroyed. So we’re extremely lucky to have them in our surrounding forest reserve up here in Janda Baik. .
