Today marks the end of my training to become a supervisor for other counsellors. Behind the scenes, I have put in countless hours of studying, practising and reflecting. It has been a journey of growth, learning, and self-discovery. However, each invested moment has been worth it. This milestone is not just about me; it is about the future counsellors I will supervise, the clients they will help, and the ripple effect of healing and growth. Wiem jak to zmienić – szybki internet w każdej szkole umożliwiłby korzystanie z e-zasobów, oraz gry i testy na #Kahoot #GoogleForms #Formative Wystarczy zauważyć problem ciężkich tornistrów a nie mówić, że się nie da .. (złożyłam taki wniosek do budżetu wojewódzkiego – ale PIS –BS go odrzuciły - nie widząc w nim potencjału wyborczego) Bo ta ekipa najwyraźniej nie lubi szkoły przyjaznej dla ucznia, gdzie ważne jest: #Zdrowie i zdrowa #żywność Dobre relacje rówieśnicze i z nauczycielami #Empatia, #współpraca i #rozmowa Pieniądze też są potrzebne – 5 milionów złotych na konkretne wsparcie dzieci i młodzieży w kryzysie psychicznym (i o tym już wiecie) Kolejną moją propozycją jest doroczny #okrągłyStół dla #edukacji we Wrocławiu, Wałbrzychu, Jeleniej Górze i Legnicy, by samorządy prowadzące szkoły same powiedziały, co im doskwiera, by tu, w mikro-regionach szukać odpowiedzi na pytania o: 🔍 Równy dostęp do edukacji: Jak zniwelować różnice w poziomie edukacji między regionami i środowiskami społecznymi? 💼 Dostosowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy: Jakie umiejętności są kluczowe w dynamicznym świecie zawodowym, a jak możemy je lepiej kształtować? 📚 Wzmocnienie roli nauczyciela: Jakie wsparcie i narzędzia są potrzebne, by nauczyciele mogli efektywnie rozwijać kompetencje uczniów?
