My first attempt at mini Pavlovas last summer. The meringues had the perfect crunch with marsmellowy (making up words) center. The lemon curd was so good and featured @hatchdistilling Limeoncello. Topped with a bit of sweet cream, freeze dried raspberries and chopped pistachios. Who else whips out a brand new dessert when serving sixty diners? Truth be told I was talked into trying this confection and it all ended well. I don’t imagine I’ll ever attempt that many at one time ever again. Another incredible dinner @wickmanhouse in Ellison Bay Friday night! The staff was fabulous as always. So were the eats and craft cocktails. 🍸 Fresh, organic, local, respectfully sourced ingredients when all possible. 👍🏻 I couldn’t decide on my entree so I mixed and matched several tapas and small plates. Oysters, two different seasonal harvest salads, a whitefish cake…all were delish. 😋 Thanks so much Zach for the wonderful chocolate flourless cake topped with a sparkler.
