We are pleased to feature Nick Cestaro as our volunteer spotlight this month. 🧩 Nick began volunteering in the kitchens in 2006. He later moved to the cleaning shift and also began helping put out the garbage each week for us. Sister Kathleen affectionately referred to Nick as our "Garbage Engineer," a title he's now held for 14 years. Nick says that volunteering at Francis House is "putting his beliefs into action instead of just reading about it." One of the true gems of Denver’s mid-century modern scene is in beautiful shape thanks to a thoughtful 2007 renovation and is now on the market looking for its fourth owner. The Francis House, a famous property built at 35 Eudora St. in Denver in 1966 by architect Donald R.
