Born in the late Pleistocene age and thawed out in 1971, Peter was raised a devout catholic until he was barred from his own communion for gross flatulence. Peter discovered he could write songs upon his 1987 release from Kings County psychiatric ward after 3 weeks of observation for attempting to commit su*cide with plastic eating utensils. In 1989 he formed Type O negative. He had written the band's original demo for the sole reason of winning back an old girlfriend that had left him for a sanitation worker, but the tapes somehow got the band a record contract. Shortly after his signing Peter was promptly arrested during his 1990 colostomy operation when the surgeon discovered 90 kilos of low grade undigested beef and half of a female femur bone in his large intestine. After his release from prison, he was forced to leave his beloved job for the NYC Parks Department to go on tour with TON. He can now sometimes be sighted raking leaves and removing litter from truck stops and hotel parking lots across the country. Importantly brewed in cooperation with Finnish goth rock band @ihatethroat . Making sure you know it’s an American Barleywine it has been hopped with Centennial & Columbus . Pours copper in colour with a soft & slightly creamy fawn head . Aroma brings malts & caramel along with dark fruits & citrus fruits. Hints of pine, floral & herbal notes really add to the temptation of that first sip . Full body with a lovely soft mouthfeel. Taste starts off with lots of sticky caramel & malts before a wave of prunes, raisins & figs meet tangerine, grapefruit & lemon. Some subtly hints of pine & florally vibes come through along with a mellow herbal bitterness . The finish is dry, bittersweet with a nice warming booziness. - 🎀 - backstory -🎀 - When Mizuki was very young, she was abused by her father which caused her to breakdown for many years. She was very sensitive to loud noises and yelling, she had a lot of nightmares and she didn't experience her childhood properly due to stress. When she met Aina Shibuya, who was her neighbor back then, she felt better because of her guitar. She developed comfort in music. After graduation from middle school, Aina moved away and Mizuki broke down again. She went to therapy and they suggested her to try to heal her inner child. She was doing it by herself at first, she also started learning how to play guitar to "feel Aina again". When she went to university she met Kirari Edo and somehow felt that she's a right person to take care of her little self. They were having so much fun together, they even were playing in a little silly band together - since Kirari is a drummer. When Mizuki started having financial problems and claimed that she isn't able to get any job, Kirari invited her to work at her family's livehouse called Grotesque Livehouse. This is a place where she found people who need help - Kurumi Meguro and Yui Arakawa. When she befriended them, she also found out that Kirari also has serious problems. It was a sign to start helping people by music. Aina found her band and reunited with Mizuki. She realized that she is sure dealing with serious problems. Finally, Mizuki became Mori and with other four girls she started running the Tragicomedy Theatre. - 🎀 - personality -🎀- Mizuki is a really friendly girl with strong ambitions. She is very passionate over her interests and dreams. She tries so hard to make people feel good and comforted. She hates giving up and if she fails she will try again, and because of it she is usually described as stubborn. Despite being the leader of the band, she actually is very childish - which comforts her so much. She tends to baby talk to herself while doing some tasks. And even if she is making heavy music she absolutely loves cute jpop idols. - 🎀 - stage name meaning - 🎀 - Mizuki's stage name "mori" means "to die" in latin. It means that Mizuki is waking her inner child from "death", healing.
- 🎀 - backstory -🎀 - Yui was a gifted child. She is perfect in every way - she's beautiful and intelligent. She was a child model, she was praised since she was so young. It boosted her ego and was sure that everyone loves her. She isn't tired of receiving love and attracting others. She attracted one girl who invited her to join her band as a bassist. Even though Yui had no musical experience, she learnt fast how to play. Yui was sure that she invited her because of her popularity but it wasn't like that - this girl was very jealous of her and she forced her to not show her real identity and use a stage name. She told her to not talk during interviews or fan meetings. She was insulting her so much when she made a little mistake. Sometimes she had to slap her or sometimes beat her up to make her behave. It made Yui realize that there are people who don't love her - you can say it is good, but that treatment made her depressed and even shut down. One day Yui decided to say "no" to her bandmate. It wasn't good for the future for the band but Yui finally became independent. She could be herself again as Eros - Thanks to Mizuki Kanda who found her and invited her to the Tragicomedy Theatre. - 🎀 - personality -🎀- Yui is known for her high self-esteem. She is sure that everyone love her, which is kind of true - she is very popular on social media and was always the most popular girl in school. She often forgets about being kind to others and she can accidentally say something bad to them - especially her bandmates. She tends to argue a lot with them but after that she apologizes a lot. Her biggest fear is becoming just like the girl she was in her old band with. She is trying so hard to change and be a better person. - 🎀 - stage name meaning - 🎀 - Her stage name - Eros is the name of the greek god of love. Eros in the mythology was attracting two people to be in love. Yui is the one who attracts people but to be in love with her. It is said that "Eros overdoses her own emotions", which means she has trouble controlling her negative actions and often goes back to the past.
