La fibra, los prebióticos, los probióticos, los polifenoles y los ácidos grasos Omega-3 son cinco tipos de nutrientes que pueden ayudar a mantener nuestro intestino saludable. Una de las cosas que rompe tu salud intestinal es la lectina (que se encuentra en los tomates, el maíz, el trigo, la berenjena, las proteínas producidas en masa, como el ganado y las aves de corral, los frijoles) Aquí está mi receta: Agregue 1 taza de avena a una cacerola pequeña y colóquela a fuego medio-alto.
