With nearly 50 walls ready it's time to work on the floor tiles version 2.0 Like cooking, 8 hours of brick preparation with cutting & texturing and then preparing everything on the paper tiles. I more and more like this style. Also the whole floor connections with the dividers became way better than I thought. I see me doing more floor tiles than before with this method. The only thing to keep in mind : these floor tiles take about 30 time as long as the version 1.5 of my rolling pin floor tiles. They will need more storage space too, but the quality level is awesome. When I was going through the #dungeonsanddragons campaign book of #curseofstrahd and I really loved this purple&grey tones of the #barovian villagers. So I decided to try something new and used one of the #risingsunboardgame miniatures as a prototype to finally paint all #zombicideblackplague walkers in this very dark and soulless style. The very new technique was to use the #airbrush for all base coats and finalised / highlight with my fairly new #artisopus brushes. Of course I was using my dear #p3paints but none of them straight from the pot. All colours (base coat and highlight) have been mixed, yes, this is trying out something new as well. Still many #miniatures to paint yet, I see this as a test-project for me to grow. Especially with the variety of techniques.
