Meinung: Iason und die Argonauten, das Goldene Vlies, Midas, der phrygische König, der alles, was er berührte in Gold verwandelt und ein Haufen anderer Mythen, fügen sich in »Geheimakte Midas« zu einem rasanten Abenteuer zusammen. Mythen? Nicht für Max Falkenburg und seine Freunde, die in Griechenland, der Türkei und Georgien den Spuren von Midas und dem Goldenen Vlies folgen, das die magische Kraft besitzt, den Goldfluch aufzuheben. Es mangelt einmal mehr nicht an Gegenspielern, ehemaligen Schergen des Dritten Reiches, skrupellosen Geschäftsleuten und machthungrigen Archäologen, die ihr nicht der Wissenschaft, sondern sich ganz alleine dienen. Alles, was wir aus den Indiana Jones Filmes kennen, ist hier enthalten. Wilde Verfolgungsjagden, Schießereien, archäologische Ausgrabungsstätten, verborgenen Grabanlagen, Geschichte, Mythen und Legenden und eine Menge Abenteuer. Es geht ordentlich zur Sache bei dem Wettrennen um das antike Widderfell und die Reichtümer des Midas. Dazu füttert uns der Autor immer wieder mit wissenswerten Details und geschichtlichen Hintergründen, was sowohl das Buch als auch die gesamte Reihe zu einem noch interessanteren Werk macht. Für mich die bislang stärkste Geheimakte, die mich gefesselt und verdammt gut unterhalten hat. 南沢奈央さん、井上芳雄さんたちの「メディア／イアソン」@世田谷パブリックシアター。 「王女メディア」（エウリペデス作、というよりマリア・カラス主演のパゾリーニの映画ですね）に、前日譚があるとは知らなかった。その「アルゴナウティカ アルゴ船物語」（アボロニオス作）を接続させたのが今作（イアソンがアルゴ船に乗っての冒険の末、彼に一目惚れしたメディアに救われ、やがて結ばれるーーのが前日譚）。 前日譚を加えたおかげで、第4幕の悲劇がより立体的に、惻々と、滔々と、迫ってきます。（ポスターはまるで中身と関係がなくて素敵。） 凄まじいのがメディア役の南沢奈央さんで、夫に裏切られてからの狂乱ぶりは見応え充分ですが、就中、復讐が成功した報せを聞くときの、無言で立ち尽くしながら見開いた眼がとてもとても美しく怖い。瞳を内側へ寄り眼がちにしたのも効果抜群で、瞳の白い部分にライトが当たって恐怖満点。 そして、幕切れ、メディアと娘（双子の姉のほう）との別れのエピソードは、かすかな希望を持たせて（単にひとりの少女のこれからというだけでなく、人類の未来、歴史の行末のようなものへの、わずかな希望）、フジノサツコさんの台本も、森新太郎さんの演出もまことに感動的、そして現在的。ふいにテオ・アンゲロプロス監督の『アレクサンダー大王』を思い出しました。 井上さん南沢さん三浦宏規さんのポストトークも面白く、 ＊イアソンが金の羊を得て笑う場面でのメディアの顔つき ＊メディアと娘の別れ ＊メディアもイアソンも前半から、第4幕で露わになる性格を実は現している など、舞台を反芻して得ること多くて大満足。 ・ #メディアイアソン #王女メディア #南沢奈央 さん #観劇記録 #芝居 #読書部 #medea #medeia #iason #jason #pasolini #angelopoulos

Day 6: Medea. • Medea was the daughter of King Aeëtes of Colchis and a sorceress. Her tragic myth begins with the arrival of the hero Iason at Colchis in search of the Golden Fleece. Medea gell in love with Iason and promised to help him gain the fleece but only if he’d take her with him and marry her. So she helped him with her knowledge and her magic and Iason was indeed able to succeed. After some adventures they made their way back to Iasons hometown Iolcos where Medea assisted and conspired in killing the king, Pelias in the hope Iason would become the next king. Instead they had to flee the city and went to Corinth. There they were happily married at first and had two sons. But after some time Iason decided to abandon Medea and marry King Creons daughter Crëusa. Medea took revenge for that betrayal in some gruesome ways. She send a bewitched wedding dress to Crëusa which burnt her alive and also killed Crown who wanted to help his daughter. Then Medea killed her sons as she wanted Iason not to have them. She fled Corinth with the help of the god Helios, who sent her a wagon driven by flying snakes. Medea then took refuge in Athens where she married the king and bore him a son. She had to flee again after trying to kill the kings first born, Theseus. It’s unclear where she went from after she left Athens, as the sources differ. The sarcophagus shows the scenes at the wedding, the revenge of Medea and her murder of her children as well as her flight. Roman sarcophagus, ~140-150 AD, found at the Porta San Lorenzo, Rome. Σκουπίδια και εγκατάλειψη στο μονοπάτι του Ιάσονα στην Άλλη Μεριά Σπασμένα παγκάκια, πεσμένα κιόσκια, βρωμιές και σκουπίδια είναι οι εικόνες που συνθέτουν το σκηνικό στον εγκαταλειμμένο περιβάλλοντα χώρο της εκκλησίας Αγίων Αποστόλων Άλλης Μεριάς απ' όπου ξεκινά το μονοπάτι Ιάσων, ενός χώρου που αν βρισκόταν σε οποιαδήποτε άλλο δήμο της Ελλάδας, θα είχε την τύχη και την προβολή που του αξίζει. Δυστυχώς το μονοπάτι του Ιάσονα, που η μυθολογία αναφέρει ότι από εκεί πέρασε ο μυθικός ήρωας και έχασε το σανδάλι του, σε άλλες πόλεις θα αποτελούσε πόλο έλξης και επισκεψιμότητας. Για το σημερινό Δήμο Βόλου, απλά η μέρα είναι Δευτέρα. Εδώ και τέσσερα χρόνια έχει πέσει το κιόσκι, έχουν ειδοποιηθεί οι Τεχνικές Υπηρεσίες και μπορούμε να διακρίνουμε όλοι και μέσα από τις φωτογραφίες που παραθέτουμε, ποια είναι η κατάσταση. Με μια λέξη: Τραγική. Εμείς ως Συμμαχία για τον Βόλο, υποσχόμαστε στους συμπολίτες μας, ότι ο Βόλος δεν θα είναι μόνο το κέντρο και τα λαμπάκια. Ο Βόλος θα είναι όλοι οι πρώην δήμοι και κοινότητες που συνενώθηκαν και θα αποκτήσουν τον δικό τους περιφερειακό χαρακτήρα. Jason and the Argonauts 🏺 Det er ingen hemmelighed at Jasons navn er inspireret efter min kærlighed for græske navne (mit navn er også græsk) og den mytologiske helt, Jason/Iason fra Apollonions Argonautika. Heldigvis deler Morten samme kærlighed til græske navne, så der var ingen tvivl. De fleste er lidt i tvivl omkring hvordan vi udtaler navnet - vi udtaler Jason, som man vil udtale det på engelsk. Jeg har siden barnsben haft et kæmpe forkærlighed for antikkens Grækenland og har læst en del græsk mytologi. Jeg har altid været meget fascineret af de græske navne. For nyligt fandt jeg også ud af, at jeg har 26% græsk/italiensk gener i mig, udover mine armenske gener 🇬🇷🇮🇹🇦🇲 Hvis man kender lidt til oldtidskundskab, så giver det faktisk meget god mening og især når jeg dykker ned i vores familiehistorie 🌍 Netop fordi Jason er opkaldt efter en græsk helt, så synes jeg også det var relevant han fik historien fortalt, når han var gammel nok. Efter en del søgen, så fandt jeg denne bog sidste år og bestilte den hjem. Det er en letlæst bog, der meget kort beskriver historien om hvordan Jason og Argonauterne finder Det Gyldne Skind ✨ Det var meget vigtigt for mig at historien blev fortalt på en børnevenlig måde uden at være meget grafisk og det er denne bog heldigvis. Jeg kunne desværre ikke finde en passende bog på dansk til hans alder, så derfor blev det på engelsk. Bogen har 2,090 ord og indeholder en ordliste og opgaver man kan udføre efter man har læst bogen. Da jeg var barn har jeg selv læst Bent Haller’s version af mytologien, som jeg havde lånt på biblioteket.
