এবার হিজাব-আইনকে আরও কঠিন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে ইরান সরকার। বিল পাশ হওয়া শুধু সময়ের অপেক্ষা। ইতিমধ্যেই ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে, নতুন আইনে মেয়েরা পোশাক-বিধি না মানলে ৫ থেকে ১০ বছর পর্যন্ত জেল। একই সঙ্গে ভারতীয় মুদ্রায় ৭ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত জরিমানা।দণ্ডবিধির ৩৬৮ ধারাকে হিজাব আইন বলা হয়। আগেও হিজাব না পরলে এই আইনে শাস্তি হত। তবে ১০ দিন থেকে দু’মাস পর্যন্ত জেল, ভারতীয় মুদ্রায় ৯৭ থেকে ৯৭৭ টাকা জরিমানা। এখন সেটাই সর্বোচ্চ ৭ লক্ষ টাকা জরিমানা করা হয়েছে। কারাদণ্ডের মেয়াদ বেড়ে ৫ থেকে ১০ বছর। সূত্রের খবর, দু’সপ্তাহ হল নীতি-পুলিশের টহলদারি বেড়েছে ইরানে। প্রশাসনের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে, ইরানে মেয়েদের হিজাব পরা বাধ্যতামূলক। জনসমক্ষে যারা যথাযথ ভাবে মাথা ঢাকবেন না, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে। আইন না মানলে গ্রেফতার করা হবে এবং পুনর্শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে। কোনও সেলেব্রিটি যদি আইন ভাঙেন, তাহলে তাঁর শাস্তি আরও কঠিন। ওই ব্যক্তির সম্পদের দশ ভাগের এক ভাগ জরিমানা হিসেবে দিতে হবে সরকারকে। একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়কালের জন্য তিনি কাজকর্ম করতে পারবেন না। আন্তর্জাতিক সফর করতে পারবেন না। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। কোনও ব্যবসায়ী যদি তাঁর দফতরের মহিলা কর্মীদের হিজাব পরায় ছাড় দেন, তাহলে ব্যবসার তিন মাসের লভ্যাংশ জরিমানা করা হবে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, প্রশাসনিক দফতর, পার্ক, পর্যটন কেন্দ্র, হাসপাতালগুলিতে নারী-পুরুষ ভাগ আরও স্পষ্ট করা হবে। #Snews #ImportantNews #PublicNews #exclusivenews #newsupdates #newsupdatetoday #latestnews #irangoverment For more news visit our YouTube channel 👉 www.youtube.com/snewz (link in bio)
*करबला तालकटोरा का इतिहास* वक्फ नंबर 87/1011 यह शिया मुसलमानों के लिए एक धार्मिक स्थल है, इसमें कई रौज़ा (धर्मस्थल) हैं, यहीं पर शिया मुसलमान मुहर्रम की 10वीं तारीख को आते हैं और मातम करते हैं। इस स्थान का उपयोग कब्रिस्तान के रूप में भी किया जाता है। इस कर्बला का निर्माण मीर खुदा बख्श ने करवाया था। मीर खुदा बख्श ने अपना करियर ख्वाजासरा आफरीन अली खान की सेवा में शुरू किया जो आसफ-उद-दौला के काफी करीबी थे। धर्मशास्त्र और धर्म में उनकी रुचि ने उन्हें शिया मुजतहिद और लखनऊ में अज़ादारी (शोक अनुष्ठान) के शुरुआती प्रचारक सैयद दिलदार अली नकवी (गुफरानमाब) का शिष्य बना दिया। उनके अनुयायियों द्वारा उन्हें मरणोपरांत ग़ुफ़रान माब की उपाधि दी गई थी। [शहर में उनका इमामबाड़ा अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी शाम-ए-ग़रीबा मजलिस के लिए जाना जाता है, जो आशूरा पर सूर्यास्त के बाद अंधेरे में आयोजित की जाती है]। बाद में मीर खुदा बख्श भी मुअतमाद-उद-दौला आगा मीर के करीबी विश्वासपात्र बन गए, जो गाजी-उद-दीन हैदर के अवध के पहले राजा बनने पर अवध के प्रधान मंत्री बने। मीर खुदा बख्श को एक नवजात बेटी के निधन पर समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा, जिसे वह अंततः अली खान के करबला में दफनाने में कामयाब रहे। इसके बाद, उन्होंने अपने दम पर एक करबला बनाने के बारे में सोचा जो आम लोगों के लिए दफनाने के लिए सुलभ हो। उन्होंने कप्तान हसन अली से *30* बीघा जमीन खरीदी और नवाब गाजी-उद-दीन हैदर के शासनकाल के दौरान, 1232 हिजरी (1817 ई.) में रजब 13 को हजरत अली की जयंती पर करबला का निर्माण शुरू किया। सादिक अली जैर की देखरेख में छह महीने के भीतर निर्माण पूरा हो गया। निर्माण के लिए फ़ारसी तारिख (क्रोनोग्राम) करबला के चतुर्भुज के पश्चिम की ओर के प्रवेश द्वार पर तय की गई है, जिस पर शासक गाजी-उद-दीन हैदर का नाम बिल्डर मीर खुदा बख्श और उनके संरक्षक आफरीन अली खान के साथ अंकित है। 1857-58 के संघर्ष के बाद, कुछ दुर्लभ अपवादों को छोड़कर, अंग्रेजों ने सभी ताजिया को मीर खुदा बख्श के करबला में दफनाना अनिवार्य कर दिया और इस तरह इसे एक विशेष दर्जा और महत्व प्राप्त हुआ। 1907 तक शिया और सुन्नी दोनों मुसलमान अपना ताजिया इसी कर्बला में ले जाते थे। हालाँकि, उस वर्ष (1907) में शिया सुन्नी संप्रदायों के बीच संघर्ष के बाद, सुन्नी संप्रदाय अपने ताज़िया को लखनऊ के निशात गंज स्थित फूल कटोरा में ले जाना शुरू कर दिया। #lucknow #shiaupdates #shiamuslim #shiatweets #Shia #shia_muslims_in_canada #shiaindia #shiairan #irangoverment
