Was looking forward to a bigger number this month but I got kicked out of ketosis a couple of days before a month and. A reminder that just because I asked for sugar-free soda from a restaurant, doesn't mean I can be 100% sure I got what I ordered. Season with sea salt and pepper to your taste, then stir well to coat. If time allows, refrigerate/marinate for 15 minutes or so, covered. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
