Lago di Braies 🇮🇹 ... Our highlight here at this picturesque lake 'Lago di Braies' in the Dolomites was renting a beautiful wooden boat from @lapalafitta. 🕑 Opening hours: 8am to 6pm (summer). 💸 Cost: 50 € for 30 min (max. 5 persons per boat). You can also do a nice and easy hike around the lake. The circumnavigation takes about 45 min. 👉🏻 TRAVEL TIP: To get a boat directly and also still be able to photograph the lake with reflections, you should be there before opening hours (in summer at 8 am at the latest). A long queue quickly forms, as only 10 of these beautiful wooden boats are available for hire. 👆🏻 You should also note that it's not recommendable to visit this lake at all between July and mid-September (peak season), as it is very crowded during this period! However, if you do come at this time and arrive by car, you absolutely must reserve a parking space in advance!! "SARDE BECCAFICO" Doses for 6/8 people Ingredients: 800 g. of sardines (gross weight) or about 500 g. of clean sardines 200 g. of breadcrumbs 75 g. of raisins 75 g. of almonds the juice and zest of 2 oranges 1/2 leek (about 4 tablespoons) 2 cm of fresh ginger thyme to taste salt pepper extra virgin olive oil (about 40 g.) Wash, open the sardines and dry them with absorbent paper. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, almonds and raisins roughly chopped with a knife, finely chopped leek, thyme, grated ginger and add the juice and grated rind of the oranges. Finally add extra virgin olive oil until you get large "crumbs". Season with salt and pepper. Spread the sardines on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the previously prepared mixture on them. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, operate the grill. SARDE A BECCAFICO IN TEGLIA Dosi per 6/8 persone Ingredienti: 800 g. di sardine (peso lordo) ovvero circa 500 g. di sardine pulite 200 g. di pangrattato 75 g. di uvetta 75 g. di mandorle il succo e la scorza di 2 arance 1/2 porro (circa 4 cucchiai) 2 cm di zenzero fresco timo q.b. sale pepe olio extravergine di oliva (circa 40 g.) Lavate, aprite a libro le sardine e asciugatele con carta assorbente. In una ciotola riunite assieme il pangrattato, le mandorle e l’uvetta tagliate grossolanamente a coltello, il porro tritato fine, il timo, lo zenzero grattugiato e aggiungete il succo e la scorza grattugiata delle arance. Aggiungete infine olio Extravergine fino ad ottenere grosse “briciole”. Regolate di sale e pepe. Stendete le sardine su di una teglia foderata da carta forno e disponete su di esse il composto precedentemente preparato. Infornate a 180°C per circa 30 minuti. Я вот запросто себя представляю хозяйкой пиццерии на 6 столиков или гостиницы на несколько номеров. Цветы, балкончики, улыбающиеся люди. Количество красивых мужиков зашкаливает. Причём, они себя таковыми не ощущают, ибо обычны. Одиноким барышням за подъемом самооценки точно сюда. Меня умудрялись кадрить, стоило Сабирову на 3 метра отойти. Но это все ненавязчиво и только веселит. Сами римлянки свихнуты на собаках, а не на мужиках. Вечером в жилых кварталах массовый выгул. По три штуки на поводках. И немного надменности в лице. Ко мне традиционно обращаются по итальянски, меняясь в лице, когда извиняюсь и прошу на инглиш.
