PUKA DOG WITH ORIGINAL GARLIC LEMON SAUCE, PINEAPPLE RELISH AND AUNTIES LILIKOI HAWAIIAN MUSTARD 🤙🏼🌭 Puka Dog is located on Kaua’i and is an absolute must do when visiting the island. Sounds weird at first but I can’t even describe how good it is. Hot fresh toasted in the middle bun, then add in choice of relish & mustard, followed by the polish dog and then more relish and mustard. Somehow all the flavors blend together to perfection no matter the combo you choose. You can also increase your level of spice with the garlic lemon sauce. I prefer mild, but my sister has got the Jalapeno before and loved it. Add this dog to your bucket list, just trust me. #pukadog #hotdog #kauai

Samoa Power Balls 🥥🍫 -2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats -2 scoops vanilla protein -2 tbsp coconut oil -1/2 tbsp vanilla -1/4 cup maple syrup -1/2 cup coconut -1/4 cup water -2 tbsp peanut butter (melted) -1/4 tsp salt -1 tbsp stevia -3/4 cup chocolate chips Mix up all the ingredients and form into 20 balls. I’m not going to lie, these don’t taste as good as Samoa’s. But they do taste good. 😂 😋 144 calories-17g carbs-7g fat-5g protein
