Skincare?...or magick in disguise? 💦🔮👓 . . I'm a total noob when it comes to beauty and skincare. - I can go days without washing or putting anything on my face...I know, I'm terrible. 🙈- I'm working on changing that though! I've been researching skincare basics and adjusting my routine. Even with good reasoning though, I've found that magickal motivation is what gets my butt in gear when I'm most tempted to indulge the sleepy morning/night feels. . . These are just some of the ways I personally like to visualize the steps. Intentions and visuals can be adjusted however you wish ✨💕 . . . Each source has their own variation, but everyone seems to agree that cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen are the big three (or two if you use lotion with spf 15+.) Exfoliators and toner, for instance, are often mentioned as helpful add-ons or as an every once in a while thing. The only reason I included toner in the basics was because it can be as simple (aka affordable) as a $2 bottle of witch hazel. However, it's not necessary. Go with how your skin feels. Everyone's needs are different 🥰 . . With a revamped perspective, skincare is pretty much a spell. Whether it's cleansing, healing, self-love etc. . .
