We literally had to downsize our entire wardrobe since our clothes no longer fit us, after we lost a combined 75lbs on our health journey! Anyone else have the Monday blues? I do...literally! It’s nice to wind down after a wild Monday of wrangling elementary students that have just entered the classroom after a fun-filled weekend. I, absolutely, love my job! So, essential oils are a must! I have to stay awesome 😎 My students need the awesome me! I love diffusing lemongrass for many reasons.This is something I started doing not too long ago. There are so many benefits to diffusing naturally derivan oils. Well, it’s a little late for my #mariekondomonday! But I can’t think of a better quote for my Monday. Met with an AMAZING new family from 10-5. Then headed to Irmo to work with @peace_like_a_hurricane! It’s #mariekondomonday! But is it really true? How does tidying my junk reset my brain? Clutter doesn’t “just happen”. It’s an outward symptom of the struggle for inner peace. One of my most inspiring clients was able to de-clutter the rest of her home after watching my #konmarimethod in her kitchen, storage closet, dining room, and office. She was then able to return to her childhood home and start de-cluttering her parents’ items before they moved to assisted living. And she was able to finally join a gym, correct some unhealthy eating habits, and lose over 60 pounds!!! And she is still clutter free today! She told me that conquering the clutter made her feel like she could conquer some other “messy” areas in her mind and life! #myothermother2018 #clearspaceclearmind
