Ah la la j'ai mis du temps à la comprendre celle là !!! Mais en effet j'étais trop tenté dans les magasins par toutes ces jolies boites, ces jolis contenants, ces beaux paniers ,etc... J'étais toute contente en arrivant à la maison mais je déchantais vite. Au début je ne comprenais pas car je pensais faire les choses correctement, bien rangé dans mes petites boites. Sauf que l'organisation mise en place ne tenait pas longtemps car je n'avais pas pris le temps de trier et désencombrer assez de choses de manière sérieuse pour créer pouvoir créer une organisation fonctionnelle qui convienne à mes besoins et mes habitudes. Quand j'ai compris ça, tout à changé !!! Aujourd'hui quand j'achète des contenants ce n'est plus de manière impulsive pour combler mon besoin primaire de consommer rapidement, mais c'est de manière réfléchi par rapport à mes besoins. When do you empty the dishwasher? It’s nt a trick question, it is meant to make you think though. If you hate emptying it or never have the time, it often results in overflowing counters and sink with dirty dishes- and you need so many more mugs, plates etc. So try this: 1. Start the dishwasher so it finishes at a time you don’t mind and have time to empty it. This is an absolute game charger. 2. Run the dishwasher before it’s full to stick to the point above. 3. Use the short 40 minute program, particularly if you follow point 2. Saves so much time and energy. 4. Try running it after dinner and emptying it before bedtime; or run it after breakfast emptying it after the school run or coming home from work.

Mais tu n'es pas obligé, si tu ne te sens pas, de t'attaquer à toute ta maison d'un coup. Fais le à ton rythme, établi un planning espace par espace, placard ou tiroir pour commencer, puis catégorie d'objet puis pièce entière. Il vaut mieux petit à petit plutôt que tu te démotives trop vite et que tu abandonnes tout. Having a gazillion emails in your inbox can cause a lot of frustration and friction in your daily life. It's easier to ignore digital clutter - you close your phone or laptop and it's "out of sight, out of mind," but it will haunt you down next time you use your device again. SOLUTION If you have more than 100 emails in your inbox, I encourage you to "ARCHIVE ALL" and start with an empty inbox. If you ever have to find an email again, you can search for it in the archive. The purpose of an inbox is to only keep mails that require some form of attention and action. Once the email has been tackled, delete, archive or sort it in respective folders. To maintain a clean inbox, follow these easy steps to reduce e-mail clutter going forward: 1. Immediately unsubscribe from shop newsletters you ONLY signed up for a discount code 2. Unsubscribe from any other newsletters/updates/marketing mails that are not being read 3. Advise others from your e-mail groups to not reply to all when not necessary. 4. Akhirnya sampe ke nasi putih dan cara melipat n menyimpannya..😀😀 Nasi putih ini kini saya hanya masak empat atau lima hari sekali.. agak banyakan dan saya simpan di kulkas atau freezer. Dipanaskan sebentar pakae microwave jika mau makan atau kukusan kecil. Porsii pas antara 100-200 graman aja.. Hal yang lalu saya temukan adalah.., saya jadi mengurangi cucian, irit tenaga, dan penampakan rice cooker di dapur saya hanya muncul sekali kali ( kecuali kalo pas ada pesenan nasiboks atau rice bowl banyak), perasaan jadi lebih baik karena ga ada lagi kerak nasi, atau nasi basi di rice cooker karena kupa cabut colokan, suami jadi bisa diajarin belajar pake microwave yang udah 20 taun di depan matanya tp gatau cara pakenya.😂 Apakah nasi ini juga jadi turun kadar gulanya ? Saya nggak tau mak, saya bukan ahli gizi, meski banyak yang bilang kadar gulanya akan menurun. Ya moga aja. Yang jelas, makan tetep normal, rasa nasi masih sama, dan sambel lalapanpun masih endul, cukup saja kenyang dan Alhamdulillah. #ceritaemak #diarymakona #dapurmakona
