Macadamia nut cinnamon roll 🐌 Heaven on earth exists and it’s a cup of coffee with one of these cinnamon pastries ☕️ Today a client and I were discussing ‘healthy’ and the knee jerk reaction sometimes associated with the word. Kale. Quinoa. Salads. It’s interesting the pursuit of ‘health’ can often lead to distorted thinking and habits around food and eating.
