Awooo! On 18 Dec, we had our live debut at One Music Fest 2021 which was organized by @fromthetopstudio and Sembang RnR. It was held at Ground Theatre @scapesg, a venue where big bands like Kreator (GER), Loudness (JPN) , At The Gates (SWE) and Death Angel (USA) had performed. . We shared the stage with Iridium, @malexofficialband and @majesty.sg. Salute! 🤘🏼 . We took this chance to showcase most of the songs from our latest album, Semangat Serigala. Once the clock strike 10, we started off with PURNAMA NAYLA, a melancholic dark anthem before going full speed with PERJUANGAN. Next up was the groovy stoner SRI TRI BUANA followed by twisted cold mid-east KACAU. @ayed_waree got the spotlight exhibiting his bass solo before we go into MAYANGSARI, our first single released in 2019. And finally, SERIGALA was summoned as the last opus for the night. . Remember the mock-up I posted a few months ago? Well, the actual record has landed in Singapore. I was elated to see it in person. The whole #mostateam contributed to this release and the label was designed in-house. Boss worked with our friends at Light in the Attic Records, Third Man Mastering and Blue Sprocket Pressing to make this happen. And on top of it all, this is an Arrested Development record. They are a Grammy winner and Hip-Hop legend. It has all come full circle for me. From first learning about Hip-Hop in a Music in Our Lives class, writing a thesis about Hip-Hop in Singapore, and now being a part of this? Pinch me, I must be dreaming.
