🚨Coffee Drinkers Where You At? ☕️ I am a coffee lover through and through! There is just something emotional for me waking up and drinking a nice warm delicious smelling coffee to start the day. Recently I switched to decaf because after a certain period of time of drinking coffee everyday that it feels like it builds up in my body and I start feeling the opposite of great when I drink it! When they grow coffee they have to heavily pesticide it due to bugs and so it makes sense that your body could be building toxicity when consuming it. Organic is really the best way to go if you can! Also when we rely on coffee to get us through the day or give us the burst we need to get shit done, we don’t allow our body to natural ride the cycle of cortisol production. Instead we give it a big hefty dose of caffeine which spikes our cortisol and causes a crash later. Even knowing this am I going to stop drinking my decaf coffee? Probably not because it brings me joy!
