Makes 1 drink. 2 ounces Non-Alcoholic Italian Aperitif 1 dash Non-Alcoholic Bitters 1/2 ounce Soda Water or orange sparkling water or soda 1 ounce Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine Fill a large wine glass halfway with ice and pour the Italian aperitif over it. This Italian Spritz is so delicious I think it’s better than the real thing. Slightly bitter but well balanced, with a soft bubble and super smooth mouthfeel.
