Grateful for April April has been one of my all time favorite months this year for so many reasons that aren’t shown in this dump. However the main takeaway is April allowed me to fully dive into solitude more than I ever have before. Society pushes people to think that they are not following the timeline of the majority, truth is I don’t want to follow everyone else’s timeline. I want to be able to deeply feel and enjoy every aspect of mine. This month has allowed me to fully prioritize me, by not only growing but allowing myself to have more flexibility than I realized I needed. I would get caught up in thinking that on my long 12 hour days in the office it would be more draining to move my body. When in reality moving my body, fueling my body, taking baths, staying hydrated and jam packing personal days with the things and people I love the most-that’s what I’ve been craving. Keep in mind all of these aspects that have been implemented and consistent wouldn’t be able to exist without balance and true honesty within myself of what works best for ME. Not based on what others are expecting of me. #transformation offseason ➡️ competition So ihr Lieben hier mal mein Transformation von der tiefsten Phase aus meinem Aufbau zu heute, 4 Tage vor dem Wettkampf. Es war tatsächlich das erste mal das ich ein Aufbau so richtig durchgezogen und und war mit Abstand so schwer wie nie. Normalerweise war ich immer ein Typ der am liebsten das ganze Jahr einigermaßen in Form bleiben will und habe es daher nie so weit getrieben. Doch dieses Mal habe ich gesagt ich möchte alles rausholen um dieses Jahr mit dem besten Paket auf der Bühne zu stehen und habe die komplette Off-Season und Wettkampfvorbereitung mit Coach @jan_saffe8188 @teamjan.official an meiner Seite bestritten um das Optimum rauszuholen. Heißt in Zahlen, auf den linken Bilder wog ich im November knapp 112kg und damit mit Abstand so schwer wie nie. Doch genau das braucht es um Muskulatur aufzubauen und es hat am Ende gut funktioniert. Auf den rechten Bilder wiege ich knapp 99kg und damit knapp 4 kg mehr als letztes Jahr vor dem Wettkampf, bei besserer Form. Plan ging also auf. Fakt ist, Bodybuilding ist ein Marathon und kein Sprint, es braucht viel Zeit und Geduld um seine Ziele zu erreichen. Den Großteil meines Lebens habe ich mich von den Kindern anderer Eltern ernährt, von anderen Lebewesen. Es waren auch ausgewachsene Tierkinder: gehäutet entschuppt, gerupft, gedörrt, gegrillt, gekocht, geschmort. Am liebsten mit viel Soße. Man hat mir beigebracht, dass ich das zum Leben brauche und dass der Saft dieser Tiere mir Kraft gibt. Und dass ich hohlgesichtig zum bleichen Gespenst mutiere, zum Schatten meiner Selbst ohne diese Lebenskraft, die ich mir durch Verzehr eines anderen Körpers aneigne. Ich habe Mark aus Knochen gesaugt, Fischköpfe ausgelutscht, Knorpel krachend zerkaut und Knochen und Gelenke abgeknabbert. In der Kultur, aus der ich komme, sind Tiere und ihre Drüsensäfte Hauptbestandteil des Essens, das auf den Tisch kommt und nicht wegzudenken. Die Muttermilch der Kuhmütter für ihre Kälbchen war auch meine Milch. Sie wurde in mein Babyfläschchen gegeben, in meinen Brei, in Puddings, Joghurts und Gebäck. Die Butter auf dem Brot, der Käse dazu: ein Stück "Heidi"-Idyll im eigenen Leben. Die Mär von gesunden Zähnen, starken Knochen, vom gesunden Leben. Mein Weg weg vom Fleisch, von tierischen Produkte ging in kleinen Schritten. Ich fühle mich seither zufriedener, gesünder. In Zufriedenheit steckt Frieden. Slow progress is better in no progress. Stay positive and never give up. Thats how I felt all of last week which seems to have been a virus. I am now feeling back to normal & first day back to training was yesterday & this morning felt good. London was such a high for me, for many reasons a race I have always wanted to do and now ticked off it off and a dream goal time to go with it😊 I am proud of how much I enjoy training & races now. 2023 I almost walked away and not enjoying the races or training. I go in to Sundays European Championships with one goal, to enjoy it. No other targets but to enjoy & smile like I did all the way round London in the photo.
