Abaca's take on Filipino ensaymada, though if they didn't name it that, I wouldn't have even thought it was ensaymada since it felt more like a really well-done pastry rather than brioche bread. Topped with a lot of ube jam that wasn't too sweet. Most of the sweetness came from the young coconut. The salted egg bibingka felt lighter, actually, even usually it's the heavier of the two. Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at @sheratonwharf in San Francisco! Sheraton is located in the perfect spot- walking distance from so many of SFโs finest spots including Fishermanโs Wharf, Pier 39 and several dining options. The hotel has a spacious Club Lounge where I was able to work throughout the stay, a 24-hour fitness center and beautiful outdoor heated pool. @northpointsf is the new bar and restaurant at the Sheraton and offers delicious dishes and cocktails including the steak and sangria I ordered โจ I also added the stay to a Story Highlight to watch my tour!
