We came up to Monterey for our anniversary weekend specifically for a much anticipated whale watching trip with a wildlife photographer I follow here on IG. Alas, our trip was canceled due to high winds (although the ocean looked calm to me). Choosing to create lemonade from lemons, we spent one day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and one day in San Francisco. Got an opportunity to spend a 1/2 day in San Francisco on a recent business trip. I’ve been to SF many times, but it’s been more than a few years since I last spent time there. 2024.4.17 @ San Francisco トランジットだけの予定だったけど みんなでホテル泊をして Fisherman's wharfへ🦀🥖🥣🚢 子どもの頃大好きだった フルハウスで見てたケーブル🚃 ゴールデンゲートブリッジ🌉 過去世ネイティブ・アメリカンとして 呼ばれた気がした アルカトラズ島とエンジェル島🏝️ 巨大過ぎるカモメちゃん🪿 けんかの絶えないアシカ軍団の 日向ぼっこナップタイム☀️ ウェイターさんに 「食べれる食べれるー！」と言われても 外側のパンまでとても食べれなかった 美味しいクラムチャウダー🥣 メインではない前泊なのに とっても充実した23時間だった✨ 旅って 特に海外旅行って 日本で下調べして行っても 実際行ってみると 当たり前の概念がいーっぱい覆される 分からないことだらけ🤣 でも不思議なことに 私たちで色々試しても 分からなくて困ってる時には クリッパーカード（交通のICカード）の 自販機の前でも 乗り換えの改札で チャージが必要なひとりを残して みんなで出てしまった時にも 間違えて 違う電車の改札に入ってしまった時にも パーフェクトなタイミングで すごく自然に助けてくれた🌼 人の姿をした 妖精さんたちにしか思えなかった🧚♀️✨ サンフランシスコは今治安が悪い だから あまり出歩かないほうがいい 心配して そんな言葉ももらっていた 確かにそんな側面もあり 夜にはコレのことね♪と感じた そんな風景は見つつも 私には 親切な人たちが次々声を掛けてくれる 同じ観光客もみんなのーんびりしてる そんな街に見えた⭐️ 人によって 信念によって 自分のその時のハート 波動によって 見るもの体験するものは様々^ ^ そんなことを実際に体験出来た ありがとう🩵🪽 #sfc #fishermanswharf #cruise #arcatras #clamchowder #cable #サンフランシスコ
