I got to see and discover the cool music by Madeline Tasquin & Sarabande during my recent stay in BC for the ArtsWells Music Festival. An incredibly fun and memorable time spent in Smithers, BC with my super talented compadre and multi-Latin Grammy Award winner, Alex Cuba, and his really sweet family. I was lucky to meet, hang and jam along with his really fun and awesome dad visiting from Cuba—Don Valentin Puentes (who at almost 75, continues to be a musical force and a killer dancer).
