1 year ago today October 28th, 2022 we brought Woody home . Little did we know he was a gift from God that we needed him to bring joy to our life as Mazie unexpectedly left us 5 months later . We may be biased but we don’t think Woody could be anymore perfect, I swear he’s part human! As many people know we rarely go anywhere without him by our side . He is our kid and big part of our family. Woody goes to work with me everyday and has his fan club. He has gone on every longhorn adventure as our mascot. Woody has been more places in the 1st year of his life than most people have been in their lifetime. This year he has traveled to Oregon, California, Reno Nevada . Flown to Texas and checked out Fort Worth , road tripped to Oklahoma for a Longhorn adventure. He was born in Idaho and calls Washington his home. We can’t wait for many more adventures with this little bundle of love. He has so many different expressions and is such a clown. Gia is enjoying her momaversary with some extra cuddles and treats—I played her a few videos from two years ago and she did not look impressed 😂 It was a HUGE adventure for us from the 48 hours of labour and delivery, the urgent c section and miracle pup #11, from the first pup Billie to the last pup Marley going home, and everything in between from feedings to litter training. It was the start of covid and gave us purpose and joy during a dark time of isolation for so many.
