Was viele Geschäftsbetreiber oftmals vergessen: Die Schaufenster sind DIE Visitenkarte des Unternehmens. Dieses sollte im Idealfall 1x pro Woche gewechselt werden und „Geschichten erzählen“. Nicht vergessen bitte die Beleuchtung! Auch wenn mühsam, die Spots müssen jedes mal auf die Produkte der Auslage eingestellt werden, damit der Kunde von Weitem schon die tollen Stücke erblicken kann! Dabei ist es egal, ob es sich um eine Markenauslage, Saisonauslage, Themenauslage, Showauslage... handelt. Es ist ebenso egal ob es sich dabei um dabei um eine Pyramiden oder Reihungsprizip einer Auslagengestaltung handelt. Ware muss gut beleuchtet sein und die Lichtkegel richtig positioniert. Dies erzeugt Spannung und macht eine Auslage auch von weitem interessant und spannend. Die Auslage muss sauber, frei von Staubfusseln sein. Weiters ist eine übersichtliche Beschilderung mit Preisangaben von Vorteil! Weiters dürfen folgende Informationen nicht in der Nähe des Eingangs fehlen: -Name des Geschäftes (wird sehr oft vergessen und ist beim wöchentlichen „Windows-Shopping“besonders ärgerlich, wenn man dann das gewünschte Teil nicht bestellen kann. -Website / Onlineshop -Öffnungszeiten -Zahlungsmittel -Kontaktmöglichkeit > geht alles auch einfach mittels QR Code Klingt alles ganz logisch, ist es aber nicht. Ich habe 100e Fotos, wo mindestens 2-4 o.a. Angaben fehlen! Es macht einfach Sinn, es dem Kunden - auch beim Schaufensterbummel- mit diesen einfachen Informationen zu versorgen. Im Fall des Falles, kann er sich ganz einfach zu den Geschäftszeiten ( oder im Onlinestore, falls vorhanden) melden und sich sein Lieblingsteil holen. Je einfacher man es den Kunden macht, desto lieber kaufen sie und kommen sie wieder. <3 Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr mit Schaufenstergestaltungen? I think we are all guilty of finding an excuse to not do something, especially if it is not something we enjoy. However, it’s also funny how we will always find a way to do what we love! When you run your own business, you are generally across every detail of it and time runs out very quickly. This makes the decision (excuse) to not do something very easy! My observation is many retailers are very comfortable with the Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Service. As much as all these tasks are very important and also rewarding, it’s probably also what we love the most, so if we are honest, it is also what we will always find time for. Now if we ask about Budgets, Planning and Inventory Management, it doesn’t always bring the same level of excitement and a common response is “no time”, “too busy”. Is this really the reason though, or is it lack of understanding or structure in the business? Focusing on the numbers lets you see potential problems and/or opportunities much sooner. And that gives you the chance to take action much sooner, to either generate more sales or prevent complete failure. So next time you’re thinking numbers, it’s well worth finding a way, rather than an excuse. I promise you it’s worth it!
