Spesso, leggo da parte di altre persone esprimere: 👉🏼 "mi preoccupa che se mostro la mia vera personalità su IG, non sarò presa sul serio e percepita non professionale" 👉🏼"ho sempre paura di essere giudicata se mostrassi la vera me. Tanta pressione nel fare a gara a chi ha una vita perfetta" 👉🏼"temo che se condivido le mie idee e opinioni sincere, potrei perdere follower e clienti" 👉🏼"mi sento come se dovessi sempre mettermi in scena su Instagram per essere interessante" 👉🏼"non so cosa dire o come pubblicare contenuti autentici su IG. Mi sento bloccata. Non so cosa raccontare" Quello che si osserva è che su Instagram regna la paura del giudizio, il costante confronto con gli altri, la pressione per essere perfette e performanti e la paura di non essere apprezzate. La paura di essere vulnerabili. Ma allo stesso tempo emerge una grande stanchezza nel vedere contenuti artificiali, perché in quanto esseri umani desideriamo profondamente connetterci con gli altri. Quindi qual è la soluzione? Lavorare su se stesse. Lavorare sulla propria autostima. Superare le paure, smontare e superare le convinzioni e credenze limitanti per abbracciare l'autenticità, perché non sarà un contenuto super editato a creare quei legami genuini e profondi. It might be a moment of silence, just being listened to or words of wisdom that they share generously with you. Learn to listen. We are always learning. Not only how others see things vs. how we see things but more then anything how we see ourselves. No matter what business you are building, growing or transforming think about how you see yourself in it all. Are you honoring your zone of genius? Are you giving visibility to your unique gift? Are you trusting yourself fully and believing you can make things happen as you envision? Ogni volta che parlo dell'importanza di pianificare i propri contenuti per tempo (pause comprese), cercando di costruire un piano editoriale che aggiunga valore ma non costringa a stare 24 ore con il cellulare in mano, tante professioniste iniziano a storcere il naso: mi scrivono di aver paura che così sembreranno meno spontanee. Se siete tra coloro che la pensano in questo modo vi chiedo: - Come mai vi preoccupate così tanto di essere "spontanee"? - Dove sta scritto che “spontaneo” è meglio? - Se sono una Solopreneur e oggi ho centordici cose da fare dietro le quinte, ma posto un reel preparato quando ero più libera, vale meno? Ecco, vorrei che rifletteste su queste domande ogni volta sentite la pressione di dover dare alle vostre persone contenuti immediati. Perché, dopo 16 anni di lavoro del marketing online, posso dire con certezza una cosa: Ciò che fa la differenza è COME state online, non QUANDO o QUANTO ci state! Pianificare i vostri contenuti, facendo un piano editoriale strategico non vuol dire essere meno spontanee, ma vuol dire SCEGLIERE: quando stare online, quando non starci, e soprattutto scegliere come starci quando decidete di starci. Conduis la barque 👀⬇️ C'est toi qui est maître de ta stratégie. Le gratuit n'est pas une mauvaise chose en soi, si et seulement si c'est inscrit dans une stratégie. (Ex : avoir tes premiers avis pour améliorer ton offre et avoir une preuve sociale que ça marche) Notamment lorsque tu viens de débuter ton activité de solopreneur (bon ça dépend de certaines réglementations, exemple les métiers liés à la santé). Quand tu débutes, tu n'es pas forcément connu et tu n'es pas vraiment sûr que ton offre corresponde à ton marché. Il faut donc la tester. 2 options : - Offrir gratuitement tes services dans le cadre d'un bêta test. - Faire une offre de lancement pour attirer tes premiers clients. Par contre, une chose dont je suis réticente : l'échange de services. Je l'ai déjà expérimenté. Si le cadre n'est pas clair et posé, tu peux perdre des plumes. Et puis ça t'enferme dans un cercle vicieux et ouvre la porte à de l'abus. (Les thérapeutes je vous vois 👀) Pour ce dernier point, souvent c'est lié à notre rapport à l'argent. On en parlera dans un autre post (dis-moi en commentaire si le sujet t'intéresse) ⬇️ ------ Je sais que toi aussi tu t'es lancé récemment et que tu galères à te démarquer, à avoir des clients. And the truth is that a lot of people make it way more complicated than it needs to be. $10K months can feel sustainable, repeatable, and very doable. The KEY things are: having 1 core scalable offer, and knowing how to sell it on repeat. (This doesn’t mean you can’t sell other things, as well - it just means that 1 core offer will get you to $10K months a lot faster than having a ton of smaller offers.) My family and I are heading away in a month's time! 📅 Back in 2021 we spent 4 weeks travelling up to Cape York and back. So because we loved it so much, this year we are doing it again! This time we'll be gone for closer to 6 weeks, so we can also go and explore some of Darwin as well. Trips like this are just one of the reasons I got into VA work, so that I could still travel and work! There are going to be days where I have absolutely zero service and can't do a thing or be contacted, but where I can I'll still be working 💻 So my last day officially at home will be Friday the 31st of May.
