FLY TYING NIGHT Wednesday, November 15 at 7:00 P.M. Tomorrow is the final instructional Fly Tying Night of the year! Clint Barton will be teaching one of our top-producing Guadalupe trout patterns downstairs for the Intermediate crowd (pack your 70D thread!). Upstairs, Beginners will learn to tie a classic, the Elk Hair Caddis. We eat dinner at Rudy’s BBQ in Round Rock at 6:00 PM, then meet back at Living Waters at 7:00 PM for fly tying. For beginner tyers, we supply everything you need – materials, vise/tools, and instruction. Intermediate tyers, we will provide the materials and instruction, but please bring your own vise and tools. Our final Fly Tying Night will be round-table style - tyers are responsible for bringing all their own vises, tools, and materials - on November 29th. Similar to our spring One Fly, this is a multi-species tournament. The winner will be the individual that catches the most species of fish in the allotted time.
