After much consideration we have decided to pause RTR Evesham from mid March. Tom has been doing a fantastic job leading the group in my absence (thank you @lookout_itstom) but we’re going to take a bit of time off. Tonight, before our run, we spoke about the difference between mental and physical health. Most people take preventive measures to stop their physical health from deteriorating which isn’t often the case for our mental health. Frequently we are reactive, only doing something when there is a problem and we are in crisis. We can’t stop the stresses and difficulties that happen- that’s life- but we can do things to help our minds when we are struggling, whether that be taking a nice warm bath, reading a good book, or joining us at RTR.
