Grilled Asian Pork Chops Ingredients · 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium) · 4 tablespoons honey · 4 Tbsp minced garlic · 1 Tbsp minced ginger · 2 tsp sesame oil · black pepper (to taste) · 1 pkg boneless pork chops (8-10 chops) · Ziplock bags, gallon sized · Green onion, chopped for garnish, optional · Sesame seeds for garnish, optional Instructions 1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients to make marinade 2. Place pork chops in ziplock bag and cover with marinade. Let marinate at least 1 hour. 3. Turn grill on to medium-high temp and cook 6-8 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. 4. Remove from heat and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. 5. Ronnie and Deja’s Sweet Chili Chicken Ingredients: 3-4 lbs chicken breast tenders, cut into chunks Cooking oil (enough to coat bottom of large skillet) Seasonings of your choice (We used honey garlic pepper mix) Sauce: 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1/4 cup Minced Garlic 2 Tbsp. Minced Ginger 1/4 cup Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp Honey 1/3 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce 3/4 Cup Ketchup 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Soy Sauce 1 Bag Steamed Veggies of your choice Instant Rice, cook as directed 1 bunch Green Onion, chopped Directions: 1. Heat cooking oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Mix together sauce ingredients and set add. 2. Add 1/2 chicken until done (approx. 6-7 minutes). Remove and place on paper towel lined plate. Cook other half of chicken and remove. 3. In the same skillet add sauce ingredients and turn heat to high. Heat to boil, stirring constantly until sauce reduces and thickens. (Approx. 1-2 minutes) 4. Turn heat to medium-high, add chicken and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. 5. In a bowl place rice, steamed veggies, chicken, and top with green onions.
