Avec 1200 triathlètes sur un départ en mass-start c’était un vrai chantier ! Best Student Job Fair EVER! 🤩 More than 280 Ticonderoga and Crown Point students visited with 32 employers at the Ticonderoga Student Job Fair yesterday. It was a really fun event. Students visited with their classes, but many of them came back during their study halls and lunch to talk with more companies. The employers did a great job of engaging the students with physical fitness challenges, great giveaway “swag,” and wonderful discussions about their summer plans and future careers. Both students and employers commented that it was the “Best Job Fair EVER!” A special THANK YOU to all the employers, counselors, Eric Heckman and Sarah Elsworth, THS teachers, gym teachers CJ and Kendra, @brilliantcfes, @ticonderoga_area_ny, and all the students who helped make this event a great success. 🇮🇹 LTD Training Camp en Toscane 🍕 Retour sur une super semaine près de Florence avec les stagiaires de la promo 2024 @ltd.coaching avant d’accrocher quelques dossards prochainement. 🏊♂️ 12km 🚴♂️ 500km 🏃♂️ 60km 🍕 Unlimited Peu peuvent comprendre pourquoi se lever tous les jours à 6h30 “EN VACANCES BORDEL” peut être un kiff. Pourtant toutes les conditions sont réunies pour apprécier à fond cette expérience d’athlète de haut-niveau. 🇮🇹 LTD Training Camp - Toscane Arrivés samedi à Florence, 20 athlètes (marathoniens, coureurs de 5000 ou triathlètes) ont installé leurs quartiers dans une villa en Toscane pour préparer les compétitions de la saison à venir. Dans un cadre de rêve, avec coach, masseur et cuisinier (@frankie_depuis2016) à demeure, ils n’ont qu’à penser aux entrainements du jour. Avec des séances de natation le matin dans un bassin privatisé, des sorties à vélo à travers plusieurs villages classés au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, des footings sur des “Strade Bianche” typiques, le dépaysement est total 🤌 Les séances sont variées, adaptées au profil de chacun et le volume augmente progressivement. La saison est belle est bien lancée avec de nombreuses compétitions auxquelles nos athlètes ont participé ce weekend. En route vers les Jeux Olympiques, sur les African Games 2024 à Accra, @badrsiwane_raphpujsi monte sur la 2ème marche du podium lors du triathlon distance sprint. C’est dans dans des conditions météorologiques particulièrement éprouvantes, avec une température de 35 degrés Celsius à l’ombre et un taux d’humidité de 87 %, que Raphy engrange 330 points pour la qualification olympique de Paris 2024 💪 Pas mal de remonter dans le TOP100 mondial du triathlon pour quelqu’un qui est annoncé sur la start-list à 30h du départ. Même chose pour @nina.meb qui brave les fortes chaleurs, l’humidité folle et qui prend la 3ème place de la compétition et les précieux points elle aussi ! Nous sommes particulièrement fier de nos triathlètes professionnels 🥹 Sur le 10km de Lille tout le monde était au rendez-vous pour faire exploser les chronos, à l’image de jimmy_gressier qui explose le record d’Europe. Si la météo n’était pas au beau fixe, les performances et les encouragements de l’équipe LTD étaient présents !
