Started by fitness butt on the rower for 50 calories, then I fitness hands into the rings for 27 ring rows, and finished off by fitness 45lb bar over my head for 21 power snatches, 15 overhead squats and 9 squat snatches. Would have been easy to skip today since snatches and overhead squats are extremely tough for me even at a light weight, but then I would have been denying myself a chance to grow and get better at something.
