I talked a little bit in stories about my mistake with putting 275g of milk in my Sandwich Bread Recipe on my website instead of 175g. When I figured it out I was glad I noticed but also frustrated that I hadn't done it right to begin with! I'm sorry that it happened and if you had some sloppy loaves from it. I have made it with 275g and it did work but not nearly as well as the 175g of milk like I created the recipe originally. Creating recipes is such a ride. The flops can be frustrating but I push through and the excitement that comes with getting it just right is so fun. I love creating and sharing recipes with you!
