114/366 #Tuesday 23.04.24 • TODAY’S DOING #growing ..a Tuesday.. and just the upper school kids today so straight up into Anzac after dropping the Te* bestie home.. last night I sent SIL a heart emoji to let them know I was thinking of them.. *refers previous comments re the hard conversations*.. ..some parcels in the arvo.. dad round after school, he didn’t talk about his meeting today much re finances, but was in good spirits.. I was tired and cranky and in bed by 6pm.. Missed a couple of colleagues calling to check in.. zzz.. woke in the middle of the night however to google how to put videos into a PowerPoint.. went to sleep thinking need that all on point for tomorrow.. yes, it’s tomorrow.. think this is the least prep I have put into anything at all with kids, but we will be fine.. 113/366 #Monday 22.04.24 • TODAY’S DOING #growing ..aaaand we are back to work for the first time in 7 days.. woot! Walked straight into a world of Anzac.. so looked at that today.. surprisingly I wasn’t stressed I’m getting better at this shit hey.. Woke feeling good.. not coughing as much.. not tired.. no period cramps, wow forgot this feeling.. Smashed the school day. Just me and one TA which is more than sufficient with 16 kids.. was told they had had enough at a point and I will accept that.. I’ve worked hard to have no down time in the classroom but lots of considered breaks and transitions.. but I will wear that.. Arvo to the pub after post office.. Te* the bestie came for a couple.. it’s her Friday she tells me well it’s very much a Monday for me so I was light on.. My LB* also called me, and I had to push through the discomfort of the loss he was feeling at present and maintain the conversation which was so hard for me to do.. but I did it.. I am fully aware I avoid hard things, but who doesn’t. We discussed at this point how we both have no aspiration to just keep pushing harder at work and life. I get it.. it was a moment in chatting with him. TODAY’S THOUGHTS: #healing So I didn’t have any random dreams stressing about money and dad which usually happens when shit is suppressed and surfaces, which tells me, the fact I sat with it and pushed through that gross feeling means I have alleviated some of the worry, for now. It’s some deep seated shit this and as much as Dad thinks he’s doing me a favour lending me money, least the banks don’t have that whole level of emotional shit.. and TBH his interest rates aren’t that great anyway ha.. so don’t make out. Yes, I am an ungrateful privileged bitch. ..I also worked a lot on glimmers today and stoped and captured pockets of greatness that are just tiny things that make my days feel good.. the smell of clean folded washing, how well I painted my kids glasses to hide the red, kids doing hand prints at school, tidy spaces, light lines on the wall from the sun and my cracked windows.. little parcels: yes they are still a mild dopamine hit, lets be honest. #AuDHD

🍃. 나무에서 떨어진 #꽃 을 희준이가 주우려고 한다. 재활치료를 마치고 현관에털썩 주저앉아 신발을 신은 희준이는 웃사- 하고 같이 일어서며 때마침 신발 신으면서 깔고 앉았던 발판 깔개까지 장난끼 가득한 표정과 몸짓으로 덩달아 집러들고 가려하는 요즘 나날들이다. “그럼 안되, 희준아. 다시 잘 놓고 가야지.“ 하며 희준이 손에 쥐어진 흐물거리는 그 깔개를 다시 잡아당기는 나를 보는 희준이는 연신 까르르 웃음 촘촘한 반달눈이 되고 이렇게 기분좋은 희준이의 얼굴을 보는 것은 아주 조그마한 순간이어도 내게는 시원한 나무그늘 같다. . 야심차게 준비하고 나름 영양분 스며있는 흙에 씨를 뿌려놓은 나의 노랑 봉선화🪴화분. 꾸준히 물도 줘가며 무덥고 습한 여기 날씨에 되도록 최적의 환경을 만들어주고자 조금 서늘한 것에도 두었다가 또 햇볕을 듬뿍받게 하려고 볕이 잘 드는 곳을 찾아 시간대 별로 옮겨 두기도 하고 나름 애를 썼는디. 싹이 돋아나야 할 무렵에 그만 모두 확 엎어져 버린 내 화분. 어떻게 손을 쓰고 하기에는 그 때가 조금 늦어지고 말았으니 어데— 이리 허망할 데가 다 있단말이고. 실패. 🧶 그러나 다시 실을 잡아당겨보기에는 이미 한 번 팽팽히 불어졌다가 후루루룩- 바람빠진 풍선처럼 쫀쫀하던 내 적극적인 마음이 그리 탄력있게 잘 돌아오진 못하고 있었네. 그러다가 무심코 집의 대문을 닫고 고개를 돌리던 찰나, 담벼락 구석 끄트머리에 있는 초록꽃을 보았다. 콘크리트 타일 틈을 뚫고 올라와 자라가고 있는 그 초록이는 조금 더 가까이 다가가 살펴보니 꽃이 아니다. 위에서 내려다보면 초록 꽃잎들이 붙어있는 꽃인데 또 옆에서 가만보면 가냘픈 식물. 그런데 이 녀석은 뭔가 다부져 보이게 싱그러운 초록이 선명하기도. . 나름 애를 써가며 무언가를 이루어보려고 했다가 어찌하다보니 털썩 주저앉아 있게 되었을 때, 김빠진 사이다에 소다🫧를 다시 불어넣어 준 것 같은 맑고 시원한 #순간 의 주인공은 쬐끔한 초록이가 되겠다. 그리고 바로 내 주위, 가까이에서 꿋꿋하게 자라가고 있다. 그리고 지금, 언젠가 영국의 역사깊은 어느 캠퍼스 안에 서 있던 몸통 줄기가 꽤 크고 묵직했던 🌳나무가 담겨있는 #기억 의 저 편, 책장이 내게 다시 펼쳐보여진다. 그리 근사한 나무의 숨결이 초록풀줄기에도 스며있을까. . #나무 찜기에 내가 손수 빚지는 않은 김치만두를 쪄서 일 주일에 한 번 모이는 교회 소그룹 모임에 가져갔다. 모처럼 세상 편한 음식 준비였는데 만두를 찌는내내 마음도 한결 편해졌다. 왜였을까, 잘은 모르지만 평소에 찐만두는 입에도 대지 않는 큰 아이가 다음 번에는 나무찜기에 쪄낸 만두라면, 꼭 먹어보겠노라고 말하는 것을 보면서 뭔가 번뜩✨반짝이는 걸 느꼈다. . + 나무에서 떨어진 꽃을 주울까 하고 있을 때 택시가 우리 앞에 다가와 섰다. ‘희준아 다음에 줍자’ 하려는데 희준이가 바닥에 놓인 그 꽃에서 눈을 떼지 않은 채로 이미 그 곳을 향해 쭉 뻗어있던 팔과 손. 결국 잽싸게 꽃을 주워 희준이에게 건네고 우리는 그렇게 택시를 타고 집으로, 그리고 #색깔 이 깃든 하루. . #20240428 #오늘 #아침 쓰는 요며칠 #일기 #다운증후군 을 가진 막내 희준이네 #행복 #소소한 #일상 의 #기록 #일상스타그램 #글 #downsyndrome #downsyndromelove #medtronic 🫀 #journey #재활치료 #growing #감성 #감성스타그램 #꿈 이 있는 #process #홈쿡 #음식스타그램 #dinner #journal
