Oat pancakes ~ these were so good and really filling ! Swipe for recipe I found on Pinterest with no link so I hope I tagged the right page cz I had to try find them on insta 💜 I added sweet cinnamon & nutmeg too ( daily hex b on @slimmingworld ) 🥞 The recipe makes three big pancakes or you could make smaller ones and have half for breakfast and other hakf for lunch or supper . I use stevia sweetener & a teaspoon instead as I have the fruit on side for sweetness with 0% Greek yoghurt . My girl loved them too !

Breakfast/Brunch bowl with Chickpeas✨ This recipe is perfect, nutritious and full of protein. It’s a one pot meal for lazy mornings that is quick, easy & flexible.🍲🌟 I use: * 🧄Garlic * 🧅Onion * 🫘Canned Chickpeas * 🥒Zucchini * 🫑Pepper * 🍅Tomato * 🥚Egg * 🧈Butter/oil * 🧂Seasoning and spices (Salt, pepper, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin powders and chili flakes.) 1. On a pan, heat up the butter/oil and add minced onions, garlic, and chili flakes. 2. When the onion is golden, add the cut red pepper. When it’s half done, add the cubes of zucchini. Mix and pour 1/3 glass of water, then cover with a lid to steam over medium heat. 3. After a few minutes, when it has softened, add a minced tomato and the rinsed chickpeas. Season with spices of your choice, mix, and cover with the lid to steam over low heat (will take up to 10 minutes). 4. While everything is steaming, in a separate pot/pan, boil or fry the egg. 5. How do you like your eggs in the Morning? I’ll be honest, I’m not usually an avo & eggs girl, but I bought some in to do guac and couldn’t let them go to waste. But this may have made me a convert. Usually I find it doesn’t have enough flavour, but adding a bit of lime, garlic and chilli flakes did the trick. - їсти красиво - 🌿💚 За ці 1,5 роки в Польщі ми майже перестали ходити в заклади та замовляти доставки, бо це далеко не завжди смачно, але завжди досить дорого. Так і вийшло, що кількість приготування їжі вдома зросла для мене досить відчутно. Не можу сказати, що я це не люблю, але це така рутина, від якої швидко вигораєш, якщо немає натхнення. Останній тиждень і наступні 5 я вирішила розкачати своє кулінарне бачення та навчитись їсти не тільки правильно, а ще й красиво. Окрім того, спробувати готувати нові продукти та нові поєднання, яких раніше не було в нашій їжі. Easy Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole Ingredients: 1 package (20 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon 1 medium onion, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 6 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, bacon, onion, bell pepper, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
