Unsere Reise beginnt mal wieder mit einer Kaffeepanne. 🤪 Also erst mal putzen bevor es weiter in Richtung Frankreich geht. Als Zwischenstopp haben wir uns hier wieder den 📍Murtensee - Lac de Morat ausgesucht. Es gibt vor der Höhenbeschränkung ca. 20-30 höher gelegene Plätze mit schönem Blick auf den See. Bezahlen kann man ganz easy mit einer App. Von hier aus ist alles möglich: 🟢 wandern, Rad fahren, Boot/Tretboot/Schiff fahren, Schwimm- und Strandbad, Liegewiese, Spielplatz, Volleyballplatz, Minigolf, Segel- und Surfschule. Ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar die schöne Altstadt. … und wenn der Saharastaub nicht gewesen wäre, hätten wir noch einen schönen Sonnenuntergang gesehen. Ach ja, wir sind dieses Mal ziemlich planlos los gefahren, wussten nur, es soll nach Frankreich und Spanien gehn. Wir entscheiden spontan und nach Wetter und sind gespannt was uns erwartet. My classes tend to be a little softer, slower and deeply heart lead. My aim is to leave you feeling lighter in spirit, grounded in your heart and to give you space to really stretch out your nooks and crannies* If you wanna soak up the good stuff with me, you can find me helping to start a revolution of the heart on these days below 🙌 Monday - Friday 7am - 8am - Sunrise Awaken ⚡ A soft and gentle Yin/Hatha - Layering in the cycles of our Moon Mondays and Tuesdays 6pm - 7pm - A classic Hatha with a bit of Flow - a stronger practice.... but not like mega strong ( it is me afterall 😊 ) 7.30pm - 8.30pm - A nourishing Yin Yoga session, super soft, usually floor based and layed with a Sound bath The Kettles on, all vibes are welcome and we have everything you need x All our teachers are my friends, my soul sisters and we share the same deep longing for change in our world. I've loved every moment of holding my own womans circles and cacao / witchy ceremonies, and Martin's so excited to bring his Sound Baths to our space! I am still in disbelief we have a studio to be honest 😂 Will it ever sink in?!
