Sunday callout for the #winchtractor for some friends on a nearby farm. The #MasseyFerguson was considerably more stuck than it looked. It took the winch tractor with ground anchors down anchored to a telehandler with a muck grab buried in the ground to get enough purchase in the wet ground for the winch to extract it. A few photos from the late evening #tractorrecovery we were called out to on Friday evening. A local #polo yard got their @johndeere 5090M stuck in some deep clay ruts and the other tractor on site couldn't tow it out. The recovery was a little tricky as the majority of the weight was resting on the rear bale carrier even though the three point link arms were as high as they could lift. With our @kubotauk #winchtractor unable to pass the tractor on the track to recover it forwards, it had to be sited on some high ground to the rear to extract it backwards. Another call out for a tractor recovery on an #equestrian yard earlier today whilst we were some distance away on a tree clearance. This #JohnDeere 5090M got a little out of its depth on the return journey from some grazing fields. Little winching job this afternoon to help another contractor out who bellied out enough with a laden trailer that a 200hp Massey Ferguson couldn't tow the Claas out. Wasn't possible to drop the trailer off and recover separately due to the quick hitch being buried and wasn't possible to access the front of the Claas to recover it forwards so it had to come out the way it went in. The surrounding ground was wet enough that the ground anchor on the winch struggled to get enough purchase to prevent the winch tractor moving. Sunday chores: A Series Today we wanted to smooth out the atv trail and bush hog the back property. We put on the box blade and got out to the clearing without issue, decided to head home to grab the bush hog and about 20ft from the hay field doesn’t the tractor hit a soft spot and get buried Thanks to a friend for running down with his side by side and pulling me out. We tried our atv and even the truck but didn’t have the power (and chain length) needed to get to the tractor. One problem always leads to another! Got our Kubota L3800 stuck trying to get the Kubota SVL75 Track Steer unstuck. At the end of the day we got the L3800 out and on to firm ground.
