It’s #freshfittedfriday and I’m posting this Asheville Tourists cap. This one is a favorite for several reasons. Yesterday we finally got to do a bunch of fun outdoor stuff after most of the week was filled with rain from the hurricane. Starting with the Nature Center and then a Tourists game (Evvy’s first baseball game!) and fireworks. Today they headed back to Wyoming. The worst part about seeing each other is missing them even more when it’s over. I’m so so so lucky to have such wonderful family. Last Thursday was a special game day at #mccormickfield for a few reasons. - - 1) It was my niece’s first baseball game, and I got to spoil her and make it a memory she hopefully won’t forget. 2) It was my first time seeing a female umpire! As a young girl who loved sports but lost interest because there wasn’t a future in it at the time, this is very exciting to see! 3) I got to see Jared Kelenic play.
