I did a couple of #Novena (9) #MassIntentions & an extra ones for the #MauiFireVictims and my usual weekly #AllSoulsInPurgatory and #MichaelYenick …. But as a special #Tithe of my settlement and gratitude… I did the dual 9’s at two parishes… for the #LivingAndDeceasedFamily #LivingAndDeceasedRelativesOf #JoelAndAndreaForman . I like mass so nice I go twice… to two parish’s… (( I’’ve never done simultaneous mass intentions at two parishes before…. )) @littleflowerchurchreno & @wolfpackcatholic … So when I came back from 13 years at my Trappist Cistercian monastery after it closed in 2017, I had stayed in touch, via Facebook, the whole time with Andrea. I was a different person in the 90’s… I was teaching reiki and doing dry shiatsu massages at the local psychic fairs where she and her sister where singing Sanskrit. I was in touch with monks who worked for the Dalai Lama. When I came back she invited me to see her Christmas carol services at Immaculate Conception in Sparks NV. I blessed her kids with first class relics. I would change over time. I stopped doing reiki when I became catholic. I got rear ended going to a hot yoga class. I quit doing all yoga 2 years ago. Joel helped me get a nice settlement from the insurance company of the fellow that hit me. Hacia el mediodía, después de rezar el Rosario como de costumbre, vieron dos fenómenos luminosos, como dos relámpagos, y luego una misteriosa Dama brillante con un Rosario en la mano. Esta fue la primera de las seis apariciones que tuvieron los tres pastorcitos hasta octubre: siempre el día 13 de cada mes, excepto en agosto, cuando del 13 al 15 son "secuestrados" por el alcalde que intenta exponer lo que él cree que es una ladrona. Miles de peregrinos comenzaron a llegar a Fátima apenas se extendió el rumor de los eventos sobrenaturales. El 13 de octubre, una multitud de miles de personas, entre ellas numerosos periodistas, presenciaron el "milagro del sol", la gran señal que había sido anunciada por la Santísima Virgen. El mensaje principal de las apariciones está relacionado con una revelación de tres partes que la Virgen hizo a los niños pastores en la aparición del 13 de julio. En la primera parte del secreto, la Hermana Lucía cuenta que la Virgen mostró a los tres niños pastores el infierno. En la segunda parte la Santísima Virgen pide la devoción a Su Inmaculado Corazón, así como la consagración de Rusia a este último y la Comunión reparadora de los Primeros Sábados. Finalmente, la tercera parte del secreto sugiere que la Iglesia deberá atravesar la destrucción que acompaña a la guerra y que evoca el sufrimiento del Santo Padre al ser incapaz de detenerla. Cuando se levantó por 1era vez la causa para la canonización de Jacinta Marto, uno de los pastorcitos videntes de la Virgen de Fátima, el Papa dijo que no. El Papa entendía que los niños no eran capaces de tener “virtudes heroicas”, que es básicamente elegir el bien, aunque sea difícil hacerlo. Pero no… los niños pueden ser muy santos, aunque sea increíblemente difícil. . Antes de las visiones de la Virgen de Fátima, Jacinta era dulce y le encantaba bailar y cantar. Pero era voluntariosa, y formaba pequeños berrinches cuando no conseguía lo que quería. Y como dato gracioso, se esquivaba las oraciones para terminar rápido e irse a jugar. De hecho, cuando pastoreaban las ovejas y les tocaba rezar el Rosario, los 3 pastorcitos (Jacinta, Lucía y Francisco) lo rezaban diciendo: “Padre Nuestro, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Ave María, Gloria.” Decían eso 5 veces para terminar con los Misterios del Rosario y ya… se iban a jugar. . Pero como Jesús hace santos a cualquiera no importa la edad, les envió a su madre para que trajeran al mundo de vuelta a Dios. Luego de eso… ahí sí que lo rezaban bien. Y cuando el pueblo no les creía que habían visto la Virgen… cuando se burlaban de ellos y hasta cuando los metieron en la cárcel como supuesto escarmiento… siguieron firmes en lo que vieron y en ser fieles a Dios, a la Virgen y al Santo Rosario. . Luego de esas visiones, Jacinta tuvo la opción de escoger a Dios o seguir siendo una niña ordinaria. Ella escogió a Dios, y en lugar de ser voluntariosa y berrinchosa, ahora se dedicaba a orar. Y por el resto de su corta vida, hizo muchos pequeños sacrificios, ofreciéndoselos a Dios para la salvación de los pecadores. . En la Segunda Guerra Mundial el 6 de agosto 1945, una bomba atómica fue lanzada sobre la ciudad de Hiroshima, Japón. . Aproximadamente 140,000 personas murieron o resultaron heridas. . Había una casa a 8 cuadras (aproximadamente 1 KM) del epicentro de la explosión de la bomba atómica. . Esta casa tenía una iglesia que fue completamente destruida… pero la casa sobrevivió. . En esa casa vivían 8 misioneros jesuitas alemanes, a quienes se les permitió vivir y ministrar dentro de Japón durante la guerra. Ellos rezaban el Rosario en esa casa fielmente todos los días. . No solo todos sobrevivieron con, como mucho, lesiones relativamente menores, sino que todos vivieron mucho más allá de ese horrible día… sin contaminarse ni enfermarse por radiación. No hubo pérdida de la audición, o cualesquiera otros defectos a largo plazo visibles o dolencias. No tuvieron absolutamente NADA de efectos secundarios. . Todo el mundo estaba tan incrédulo, que los sacerdotes fueron entrevistados y examinados más de 200 VECES por científicos y líderes mundiales del campo de la salud. Y nada… no encontraron absolutamente nada. . Igual pasó con el convento franciscano que estableció el mismo San Maximiliano Kolbe en Nagasaki, que también resultó sin daño alguno luego de la otra bomba atómica que explotó 3 días después en ese lugar. . Buen día! Qué sea muy bendecido este nuevo viernes, con la gracia del Sagrado Corazón ♥ de Jesús! Hoy se cumplen 105 años, de la Aparición de la Virgen del Rosario de Fátima! En esa Aparición la Señora, dijo a Jacinta,... oren por los difuntos, muchos van al fuego eterno, pues no tienen quien ore, o interceda por ellos... Interceder Esa pequeña jaculatoria del Rosario... por todas las almas del purgatorio... y en especial lleva al cielo, aquellas más necesitadas de tu divina misericordia... Nos enseña como pedir a Dios Padre por su misericordia con ellas. No debe haber mejor muestra del amor gratuito, que orar por todos lis difuntos... una de mis misiones en la vida. Es rezar e interceder por todos los que mueren día a día. Y lo hago desde 1.985, y lo hago acompañado de la madre de una amiga y colega. Esta vocación, que no espera nada a cambio, pues no sabremos a quienes ayudamos, pero estamos seguros, que si ayudamos a algunos. Pues es una promesa de la Virgen María y Ella, siempre cumple sus promesas. Y seguros estamos, que Ella ve esto, con mucho agrado. Si te nace. I had the opportunity to do a little trip in the highland part of Peru with my mom, sister and niece. This city is call: CAJAMARCA. We didn’t visited a lot of places because we went just for the weekend and was mostly for family reasons. This is “SANTA APOLONIA”, The Santa Apolonia hill, formerly called in Quechua Rumi Tiana (stone seat), is a strategic point to appreciate the city and the valley of Cajamarca. On the edges there are some vestiges of pre-Hispanic constructions such as the so-called "Silla del Inca", formed by a block of stone that comes out of the hill itself and that was carefully carved to give it its current shape. Among the steps and gardens, there is a chapel consecrated to the Virgin of Fátima.
