After all the soul work I've done when sadness hits I forget it's power. It ultimately is a tantrum because life isn't going the way I want it.
My brain wants to revert to old methods of thinking and believing based on fear.
I can say without a doubt that the greatest gift from years of living under crushing thought, is that I don't live there anymore. .
