5k and I thought that was going to be utterly grim as the weather is awful (shock 🙄).

But! It was actually a lovely run. My legs felt surprisingly really good. I had my hat on and some good music and just zoned out. Lovely!

It’s funny because running and walking are when I get some blissful respite from my wrist pain. Normally that’s not the case with an injury eh 😅
