What I have learned about the symphysis pubis joint, or in lay terms your pubic bone area, I didn’t learn in PT school! I have been studying the anatomy of the pelvic girdle since 2009! Here are a few highlights of the symphysis pubis joint:: ✅ women who are pregnant or postpartum are at risk for pain ✅ those who play sports that include running, twisting, kicking, falling are at risk for pain ✅this joint is part of the pelvic ring and can be part of pelvic girdle syndrome which includes #sacroiliacjoint dysfunction ✅palpating this joint as shown in the diagram and having pain on one side is part of the cluster of tests in the #PGMmethod to determine NEXT steps in the PGM algorithm of exercises. С-спорт Спорт, движение и физические нагрузки нужны беременным в равной мере, как и не беременным, но в разумных пределах/в рамках своих возможностей и объемов/правильно подобранные с тренером… ну и наверное, если вы никогда не занимались, опасно и глупо бежать восполнять упущенные тренировки именно в этот период жизни, но хотя бы обычные пешие прогулки очень нужны! На раннем сроке я занималась танцами, бег давался уже только на небольшие дистанции, стала очень мешать отдышка, даже без прибавки в весе, ощущения в теле на все +10 кг С 3 месяца я наладила регулярные походы в зал с обязательными упражнениями для спины, так как поясница стала стрелять беспощадно, сейчас с этим проблем нет. Так же после зала я обязательно посещаю сауну и бассейн, потому что без противопоказаний по здоровью, большинство того чем ты занимался раньше, не навредит тебе и сейчас.
