Waaahhhhh 💃🏻 this one right here! Now, if you follow my journey to stage, you may not have seen some of these poses before. This is because, today was based solely on my individual routine! In the Figure category, you have two rounds; 1. Comparison round; I am on stage with all the other girls in my class, and the judges compare us based on their criteria. 2. Individual routine. Ok this is my absolute favourite! I get to choose the music, kick the heels off, my posing coach will asses which poses suit my body the most, and together we create a performance. First time trying different things today, and as to not spoil anything or give anything away, these are stills from the video of our routine. Although we have made some ideas now, what’s great with Kayla, is that she will keep checking I’m displaying my best poses, as my body alters as it starts to diet down for stage. CHECK-IN picture of the week ⚒️ Heute konnte ich mich erfolgreich für die Junioren und Herren Bodybuilding Klasse der ANBF anmelden 🎯 Diese Woche hatte ich seit circa zwei Monaten mal wieder Frühschicht. Dementsprechend ging es jeden Abend um circa 21 Uhr in’s Bett und um 05:30 Uhr klingelte schon der Wecker ⏰ Das war eine starke Umstellung für meinen Körper, was man auch an den sehr hohen Einwaagen am Anfang der Woche gemerkt hat. Das Gewicht konnte sich dementsprechend im Wochenschnitt bei 94,9kg einpendeln. If you’re bodybuilding you need to be practicing your posing as much as possible! Make sure you’re getting feedback from people that are good at posing and have a good eye. You put in all the hard work to create the best physique possible right, the last thing you want to do is not be able to present your physique and end up making yourself look worse or even smaller! And then get beat by someone that might not have the physique you have but knows how to present their physique to look its best. Also, you have mandatory poses to hit in every class, make sure you can do it in your sleep! With that being said you need to pose enough and do as many different poses as possible outside of the mandatories to see what poses are your strengths and weaknesses! Work on them relentlessly!
