We couldnāt share the news earlier because Iām considered high risk since I almost died from my 1st ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago (watch my IGTV for my whole story incase you missed it). I also had another miscarriage prior to this pregnancy. During the 1st trimester I was out most of the days starting around the #8weekspregnant, and it also didnāt help that I was dealing with back pain from the IG live sales and got a cold from Clara a couple of weeks ago. OMG! During the second pregnancy I started to show way earlier, like around 7-8 weeks in comparison to 14-15 weeks in the first pregnancy, so I canāt fit into most of my clothes š. Doing photo shoots or videos while being exhausted and feeling like a fat whale š³ wasnāt really an option...šš. Now that Iām almost #16weekspregnant, Iām feeling a little more like myself and embracing this big baby bump. Iām ready to be back! So get ready to see more of this baby bump. Weāre back at home and something very exciting is happening. #BabyClaraVogt is now sleeping in a big girl bed, all thanks to the @the_futon_shop for setting Clara up with an organic wool and cotton mattress. Even her pillows and comforter are 100% organic wool. The organic cotton sheets are extremely soft. Something very important to me since Clara was born Iāve been making sure to use mainly organic materials in our life, especially when it comes to where she sleeps. Iāve done tons of research and found @the_futon_shop mattresses are completely chemical free and every ingredient is 100% Organic Natural! Why wool? 1. Sustainability: wool is completely biodegradable. 2. Temperature regulation: wool fiber actually helps to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. 3. After toying around with the idea of traveling to Hawaii, since they opened back up in early November, we finally decided to take our first trip since Covid started. This was a super last minute booking, but Iām so glad we did it! Itās such a perfect time to visit @thewestinmaui. With less travelers, we feel like we have the whole resort to ourselves. @thewestinmaui has been so kind to set us up in one of their most beautiful luxury suites with panoramic ocean front views, as well as access to their new Lanai lounge. The resort has recently undergone a full update and is definitely a must visit on your next trip to Maui. I know itās an uncertain time to travel, and we learned a lot about the whole process how to get to Hawaiāi safely. It seems a bit overwhelming at first, but it wasnāt too hard to figured it all out. We felt very safe that everyone is required to have a negative test within 72hrs of their flight.
