Das Eierbrot ist vom Prinzip her ja eher einfaches Rezept, das bei unseren Wilde Küche Events immer wieder von Groß und Klein gefeiert wird. Gepimpt mit frischem Gemüse und Zwiebelschmelz fand es schnell als ‘Eibrot de Luxe’ Einzug in unsere Outdoor Sterneküche. Das man das noch toppen kann, haben wir dann auch gestern im Kreise unseres Wolfsrudels erlebt. Es sollte nicht nur weihnachtlich schmecken, sondern auch optisch eine Weihnachtliche Anmutung haben. Also kreierte ich den zweistufigen ‘Eierbrot -DoppetlLecker’ gefüllt mit cremig schmelzendem Käse. Für die Weihnachtsoptik wurde die Brotmitte mit einer Ausstechform in Sternform ausgestochen. Dorthinein gab es das obligatorische Ei, während die ausgestochenen Sterne daneben festlich in der Pfanne schmurgelten. Wie in der Tomahaxx Küche gewohnt im heißen Butterschmalz. Unsere Küchencrew hatte ihr bestes gegeben und nicht nur die Brote ausgestochen sondern auch Gurken und Spitzpaprikasterne. Für den Weihnachtskick gab es eine Preiselbeersauce aufgepeppt mit SambaOlek und Unmengen von Knoblauch. Sonst schmeckt man ja nichts davon, war der U-Ton meiner Küchenmädels. Also wurden die fertig gebratenen Eierbrot Doppeldecker mit einem Klacks Preiselbeersauce, zwei gebratenen Baconstreifen, einem geröstetem Brotstern, Gurken und Paprikasternen belegt. On Top gab es noch frische Kresse, gemörserten rosa Pfeffer und ein paar Krümel schwarzen Salzes. Meine Testcrew, 13 hungrige Wölfe und meine Person, fanden es grandios. Für den Weihnachtskick gab es eine Preiselbeersauce aufgepeppt mit SambaOlek und Unmengen von Knoblauch. Sonst schmeckt man ja nichts davon, war der U-Ton meiner Küchenmädels. Also wurden die fertig gebratenen Eierbrot Doppeldecker mit einem Klacks Preiselbeersauce, gebratenen Baconstreifen, einem geröstetem Brotstern, Gurken und Paprikasternen belegt. On Top gab es noch frische Kresse, gemörserten rosa Pfeffer und ein paar Krümel schwarzen Salzes. Meine Testcrew, 13 hungrige Wölfe und ich, fand es grandios. A może kawa na łonie natury? 🪵🔥🫖☕️🏕 Ognisko Raappanana czyli fińska kuchenka czy też szwedzka pochodnia (swedish fire torch) to rodzaj ogniska, które wykonuje się z kawałka pnia drzewa (najlepiej sosnowego, bo jest bogate w żywicę). Najprościej je przygotować nacinając piłą pieniek na krzyż. Można też rozłupać pniak siekierą na co najmniej 3 lub 4 cztery części i związać je. Tak przygotowane ognisko należy ustawić na stabilnym podłożu, można je również wkopać w ziemię. W nacięcia należy wetknąć suche kawałki kory brzozowej, lub wiórków drewna, podpalić i przez chwilę wspomagać rozdmuchiwaniem. Nacięcia powodują, że pieniek spala się od środka. Takie rozwiązanie pozwala skuteczniej niż na ognisku podgrzać jedzenie lub wodę. Jest proste w przygotowaniu i wydajne. W zależności od grubości pnia można na nim gotować nawet kilka godzin.
