🥔🧅 Original Fried Potatoes with Onions 🧅🥔 Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 large onion, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish 🔪 Instructions: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced potatoes and onions to the skillet. Spread them out evenly and let them cook without stirring for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom layer is golden brown and crispy. Kombinacija sladke buče, začimb in kremne teksture bo vaše brbončice popeljala na pravo kulinarično avanturo. Sestavine: 200 gr. buče 100 gr. bučke 1 pazadižnik 30 gr. čebule 2 česna 100 ml zelene juhe 25 gr. bučnih semen 2 vel.žl. olivnega olja kumina, čili, origano po vašem okusu sol, poper po vašem okusu Priprava: Segrejte pečico do 200 stopinj. Bučo in bučke porežemo na majhne koščke. Čebulo razdelimo na dva dela. Česen in paradižnik pustimo cela. 1 vel.žl. olivnega olja zmešamo z začimbami in soljo.Vso zelenjavo preložimo v pekač in prelijemo z oljno mešanico, dobro premešamo , tako da se olje porazdeli po vsej zelenjavi. We recently took a trip to visit one of our awesome suppliers, Wilcox, and we were blown away by the incredible process that goes into bringing fresh produce to our chiller 🥕 Have you tried Beta Bites Snacking Carrots? They’re super sweet and only out of the ground for around 36 hours before they’re out the door and ready to be sold 🥔 Check out these potatoes drying on sponge rollers after a thorough wash to remove dirt. The sponge rollers are gentle, so no bruising or breaking! 🧅 Over in the red onion section, we saw the care that goes into peeling them by hand. Red onions are so delicate that they can’t go through the same machines as white onions. That’s dedication! 🥦 And finally, we visited the broccolini processing area. Each stalk is hand-picked from Pukekohe, then hand-cleaned, cut, stacked, and bagged. Creamy White Wine Mushroom Stuffed Shells Ingredients: 24 jumbo pasta shells 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 small onion, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 16 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Salt and black pepper to taste Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until they begin to soften. Pour in white wine and simmer until reduced by half. Stir in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook until the sauce thickens.
