🌼 Fridge raid pesto butter beans My love for butter beans continue!! I had some vegan pesto and turkey bacon that needed finishing up, alongside some courgette, broccoli, mushrooms and peas this creamy pestoy beany broth really hit the spring has not quite spring vibe! This is also a one pot dish ready in under 15mins so you really can’t go wrong! Simply fry off the bacon and remove to one side when crispy. Add the veg in the bacon fat and fry until golden. Add in the pesto, 200ml stock and a heaped spoon of cream cheese stir and then add the beans. Wist je dat het lichaam een nauw pH-venster heeft waarin het moet blijven om in leven te blijven? Ik weet dat het behoorlijk serieus klinkt, dat is het ook. 🫣 Maar ik ben hier niet om je bang te maken. 😅 Ik wil je helpen om de relatie tussen zure en alkalische voedingsbronnen te begrijpen. Chilean Sea Bass with Honey Dijon Glaze Ingredients: 2 6-8 ounce Chilean sea bass fillets 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken stock 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic A handful of all-purpose flour for dredging 3/8 cup chopped shallots Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Directions: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, shaking off excess. In an oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brown the fillets for 2 minutes each side. Transfer the skillet to the oven, baking for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a sauté pan, melt the remaining butter, add shallots and garlic, cooking until translucent. Add chicken stock, Dijon mustard, honey, and soy sauce, simmering until reduced by half. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and season to taste. Serve the sea bass with the sauce drizzled on top.
