O valor pode ser negociado diretamente com o órgão responsável pela desapropriação, mas se não houver acordo o proprietário pode pedir avaliação judicial. E a desocupação? Se houver acordo a data pode ser negociada. Se não houver acordo o proprietário não tem obrigação de desocupar ante de ser intimado por um oficial de justiça.
